Worst possible service you can imagine! I went there to rent a tux for a friend’s wedding and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a retail setting. They were very rude when I went to get measured and then the measurements they took were the very definition of incorrect.
Because I live some distance away, I was unable to pick the tux up until the day of the wedding, thus it was not fixable. When I attempted to discuss their error they basically told me that, it wasn’t their fault I live so far away and that I was just out of luck. Mind you, I wear a size 30 pant and a 15 ½ shirt… what did they give me after «measuring me? A size 40 pant and a size 14 shirt…
From a simple common sense perspective, this makes zero sense…:
In any case, if you want to avoid a bad experience, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
