Wings Etc

Not a big fan of the one in Jackson, MO. This one in Cape Girardeau is a little better. First off, it is brand new. The interior is attractive and comfortable.
Typical bar food. Wave off the chicken strips unless you have a nail you need to hammer in. They are frozen from a bag. Plenty of other much better choices on the menu. Pretty decent fish taco’s if you like your fish fried inside the tortilla. Fried pickles come out a little weird, they are cut a little thick for me.
The last time I was there I had the pulled pork sandwich. I was fairly impressed. It had mounds of pork piled high and it kept falling off! It’s OK because I have mastered the fork and none went to waste.
The core wait staff is very good and the manager is a great hardworking guy. Prices are reasonable, you don’t have to break the bank to enjoy a little relaxation in Cape Girardeau.

This is a typical sports bar with plenty of TVs. Servers are friendly and attentive, and the managers regularly make rounds to check on the patrons. Above-​average beer menu and the wings are the best in town. They are large and crispy and many sauce options are available. Even though it’s a sports bar, it is very family friendly, and happens to be my kids’ favorite restaurant in Cape.

Had the $.79 tenders special on a Tuesday night. Very overly breaded and fried. Hard to find the chicken at all. Cold mugs of beer. Waitress didn’t have time for us for chatting with another waitress or hostess. Barkeep paid attention though. My friends togo order didn’t have the sauce and she asked the waitress for it and then we forgot by the time we finished another beer that it wasn’t brought to the table.

Just seemed average to me. .79 cent chicken strips on Tuesday. Should of gone another way just average frozen chicken strips. Hot buffalo tastes like franks hot sauce. The medium buffalo is better. Fried green beans were great. Prices are average to high. Lunch specials look good.

It is a sports bar like many others. Wings were not spun with sauce. Appears as though the sauces was poured on. Fries were covered in pepper. Willing to try something other than wings next time.
