My mother Helen had an appointment with Dr. Paolini’s office. Not my choice, but Mom had made the appointment, and in the interim Mom had a major stroke that hit the Brainstem, and now she’s wheelchair bound, and I, as caregiver, took her to the appointment. Dr Paolini’s staff states the office is handicapped accessible — well maybe the front waiting area, but not the exam rooms. They expected her to climb three steps to the exam room. Well, she no longer does«Matrix» moves or yoga, so that was out. The cold front office staff could have cared less-so I made an appointment with my Dermatologist where everything is on one floor. And that was my best«Matrix» move.

Fantastic doctor & office staff! I have only come to the office a few times for minor issues(acne, poison ivy, etc.). Every time I have come, I barely checked in before they called me for my appointment — no waiting! The office is clean and pleasant. The staff is on the ball and friendly. The doctor is friendly and direct. Schedule appointments about a month before you need them, though. He is very popular.

Very tough to get an appointment here, but they seem to know what they’re doing. My appointment with the dermatologist was rather quick…5 minutes tops… but they made me feel confident that I was ok.

Dr. Paolini is not easy to get an appointment with — –make sure you book at least one month in advance! Dr. Paolini is an extremely kind and patient doctor. He jumps right to the point and really explains things well. He’s willing to answer any questions you have and is truly concerned for your well being. His staff is extremely polite and very understanding as well. During the summer, his office gets extremely busy!!! Off season is better but if you must go to him during the summer, always always always ask for the first morning appointments: earliest I’ve been in is 7.45 am and even then I’m waiting at least 10 minutes. Usually get a 8 or 8.15 and you will be seen and on your merry way soon. Bonus: when you pay for services render, they have a basket full of sample goodies! Also, make sure you schedule your appoinments before you leave. I get sneaky and make two months’ worth of appointments from the getgo, always adding on the extra month to ensure the time I want. If you can do that, then most definitely do it! One con: It gets so busy here that when you call, you will have to leave a message on machine to get an appointment. I don’t like having to push numbers to reach any one, but they do make a point to call back.
