Awesome little shop with a nice mix of frozen yogurt and sorbets. The red velvet is amazing.(I’m not a huge fan of the actual cake but loved that yogurt!) The pomegranate raspberry and orange sorbets were also outstanding. They have a good selection of toppings and they were all fresh. Good price unless you believe«the cup looks sad if you don’t fill it to the top.» My husband did his best to keep those cups happy. We found it after wandering Washington Mall and deciding to stop at the Acme market. It’s tucked back in a smaller group of shops across from the main mall but we had no trouble finding it 3 more times in the week we were there, lol!

I hadn’t noticed this place until recently. We went in after pizza at Mario’s next door. Honestly, I had never tried serve yourself frozen yogurt, but was very open to the idea. The concept is that you load your own one size cup with as much frozen yogurt and toppings as you like and then it is weighed at the register. You pay for what it weights. And Thank God not for what you weight. I’d be in trouble. :) Loved the combination I had and my wife loved hers as well. Will I try again. Of course. The answer is a wholehearted YES!

Clean place. Decent selection and cool concept. We had the peanut butter and chocolate fudge swirl and a cup of alpine vanilla. We will come back next time we stay in Cape May. Good service too.

I went on vacation to Cape May, NJ a few months ago and I meant to review this place but had forgotten to do so until now. With the recent FROYO craze that we are currently experiencing I figured I would try it out since self serve frozen yogurt places were quite rare in Toronto. A stranger to the FROYO self serve culture, the friendly staff at Bonnie’s were more than eager to give me the run down on how things worked in the store. They even offered samples and good healthy suggestions to try out however I was on vacation and I had no intention of going the healthy route. With a strong desire for sugar and a yearning to indulge in all things bad for me I elected to have the red velvet yogurt and chocolate yogurt topped with everything and anything that I consider a diabetic’s nightmare. Toppings I added included but were not limited to cookies, chocolate chips, cookie dough, Choco cereal, Nutella syrup, and marshmallow syrup. **Note: Bonnie’s also offered fruits and healthy granola like things which my husband gladly chose for his yogurt dessert creation. I would be lying if I didn’t say it was way too sweet for the average person. It was INCREDIBLY sweet. Even the red velvet yogurt on its own screamed sugar overdose but it was exactly what I wanted. I think that’s what I love about this place — it’s that you can push your frozen yogurt imagination to the limit and concoct the most RIDICULOUSFROYO desserts you can think of and no one will judge you and point out the nutritional information because the whole point of the place is for you to choose whatever your stomach desires. Bonnie’s offers a good selection of frozen yogurts from plain vanilla and chocolate to a fancier selection of «birthday cake» and«cookies and cream». In addition, the toppings they have available on a daily basis appear to be fresh(ie. the cookies did not taste stale and my husband said the fruits were ripe and juicy). The downside of the FROYO craze is that the cost is calculated by weight — needless to say mine ended up costing a lot more than I intended to spend on yogurt but it is definitely something to consider as a «vacation treat» for yourself. Overall this place had great customer service, an excellent product, but unfortunately it was a tad bit pricey.
