Our experience with WCF was great. We had the intention of shopping around to get additional quotes, but when Sandra Burrow-Boren visited our home to show us carpet samples, the experience was so easy and effortless, we felt there was no need to shop around for additional quotes. Being a Costco member and knowing that Costco has a great reputation for customer service, value, and quality, we knew we would be making the right decision and did. The process was much easier that I thought and would use WCF along with Sandra in the future for our home flooring needs. The carpet looks and feels fabulous in our home.

We were so happy with our experience with WCF. We needed carpet, so went through Costco. Based on our area we received a call to work with WCF, set up an appointment and met with Sandra at our house. Sandra was great! Very knowledgeable, patient and willing to answer all of my questions! She brought me all kinds of carpet samples which I could walk on, feel and position in different parts of the house. I appreciated her time and would highly recommend using WCF. The install project went very well, the guys were careful and completed the job in 1 day. I am happy with the final product!

My husband and I have been through many contractors in our home and I must say from Sandra to Faris everyone was very respectful and considerate. There were two crews as we had hardwood floors as well as carpet and there was no difference. They worked very hard. They each took a day to finish and they did. Plus, the furniture was put back and they cleaned up after themselves. Bottomline: We love the results!

We used WCF to purchase our laminate wood flooring this past January. We did not use their installer as we already had one, so I cannot give you a review on that aspect of our purchase.
Having 5 children, Sandra guided me to great quality laminate and we couldn’t be happier. Our house has a whole new look and is holding up to the wear and tear that comes with having kiddos.
We had a few bumps that Sandra and the head office bent over backwards to help us work through. I felt like they really cared about my business and was never treated like a number. Thanks for the extra driving and overtime you put in for us Sandra!

West Coast Flooring in Capo Beach did an amazing job start to finish! Free estimate and very knowledgeable in helping us pick the best carpet for our needs. The installation was done with such care and they were meticulous with cleaning up during and after the job. I definitely recommend them and have referred them to all my family and friends.
