Some of these reviews are really confusing: We ordered food for pick up. We realized quickly upon arrival that we had actually called the wrong Bennys – whoops! They took our order and had it done in ten minutes. They have a running deal where if you pick up your food you get free egg rolls with orders over $ 15(I think) in value. Everything we got was great — and we didn’t even have to ask about getting the ‘free’ egg roll. Their dumplings are great and doughy, and there rangoons are spot on. A solid Chinese take out place.

The egg roll was okay. The fried rice I would give a 6 out of 10. The orange beef was awful there was so much orange peel in it that almost every piece was extremely bitter. This is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had.

The food from here was disgusting. For starter’s I ordered the spareribs(4), a steak and cheese egg roll, and a small shrimp fried rice with egg. My food arrived an hour and some after I ordered it. It arrived cold, the baby shrimp in the fried rice was mushy and dry. The rice was dry, the ribs had no sauce and the egg roll had a bad after taste. If I could give no stars I would. Waste of time and money.

Not really much to report. I was in the mood for something ratchet so I pulled up to this little spot. First things first, it used to be a proper hole in the wall called Hunan Delight. Wadnt nuttin delightful about it back in those days. It is now Benny’s II. Same Chinese carry-out focus but major(and much appreciated) renovations! You may now«dine in» and they’ve upgraded the 13″ tube TV to a 13″ flat screen *Cue the Jeffersons theme song* for diners to crowd around and so the chick taking orders can get her daily Family Feud fix sans rabbit ear mayhem. I ordered the fish sub(which Hunan D. did very well) with fries and an order of steamed dumplings(which Hunan D. didn’t do so well). The sub was… meh. I wouldn’t get it again. The dumplings were basic. I’d get the dumplings again if I was in need of a ratchet fix but the search for decent Chinese continues.
