Budget Lock & Key is a lifesaver. My first experience with them involved rekeying an iron gate. Their service was expert, timely and customer-​friendly. My second experience was just last night… which is when I earned the Darwin award for locking myself on my rear deck — from which there is no egress nor a mean of easily alerting a neighbor. Oh yeah, my cell phone was almost out of charge, of course. Did I mention that it was pushing 9pm [on Sunday night]? Yup. The house was locked-​up tight, and the only people with spare keys were travelling. Sadly, I am not kidding. My last call before the phone died was to Budget Lock & Key. Not only did they take my call, but they made a beeline to my home, enlisted the help of my favorite neighbor to drill though the heavy duty Schlag and [literally] rescued me from the back deck. Just the fact that they accepted my call (which was placed at the peak of the Sunday night football game) illustrates a level of professionalism that is rare — regardless of industry or geography. After the rescue, they restored my lock, gave me new keys, and then held true to their originally quoted fee — which was far less than that level of service is worth.
So, now you understand why I am telling you that… you would be crazy to use anyone else.
