What is it with McDonald’s accepting cash only at times? Oh, and if you’re not open, please turn your lights off and don’t advertise that your store is 24 hours. I didn’t enjoy sitting in your drive-thru for ten minutes to find out that you were closed. Post a sign or turn your outside lights off. Seems like common sense to me!

I stopped here for breakfast on my way to work. I did the drive thru and ordered a sausage burrito(which by the way, was the smallest burrito I’ve ever ordered from a McDonald’s). I was asked if I wanted mild or hot sauce to go with it. I asked for hot. When I got my order, I received mild sauce. So I asked the lady if I could have hot sauce because I received mild mistakenly. The lady was Hispanic… she proceeded to tell me that I did have hot sauce. I assume this is because the McDonalds sauce says picante(Spanish word for hot) on the packet no matter if the word mild or hot precedes it. I told her that it said mild sauce and proceeded to show it to her. She then went and got another mild sauce and said that this is hot sauce… I then proceeded to tell her that this also says mild sauce. She kept arguing that I was wrong and then went back and got a hot sauce. I never raised my voice or became belligerent at any point in time because that’s not the sort of person I am. However, the employee rolled her eyes, never said«I’m sorry ma’am», and demonstrated poor customer service overall. I really like this McDonald’s…but I don’t thnk I’ll be back after this rude exchange and lack of customer service.

This certainly ain’t Chick-fil-A. Was it really necessary for me to wait over 5 minutes to get just a sweet tea? I don’t think those at the cash registered smiled once. Saw someone near the fryer texting on their phones. With that said; the inside is nice, very new/updated items. Liked the big table. I don’t know what I expect anymore from a place like McDonald’s?

Ok, I ate at McDonalds. I admit it. I worked very late, and was in a major hurry to get home. I can’t recall the last time I had eaten a Big Mac – it must have been the late 90’s. Sitting in the drive thru line I had a craving for one. I ate it riding on the beltway heading home. I have to say it was a disappointment. I remember really liking Big Macs way back when. It was just eh. I think it’s the same – I guess I have changed. This location was good– polite and efficient.
