They won’t answer their phone. They won’t answer their email. I can’t redeem the voucher I purchased if no one with the company will communicate with potential customers. I’m asking for a refund on the voucher.

I tried four times to schedule an appointment, three via their website and once via voice mail and never heard back from them. There are plenty of other car detailing businesses in the DC area that would gladly accept your business.

I purchased a deal via Groupon to have Voila detail my car. They came to my house and did a great job on my car.
The only challenge I had with them was scheduling since this seemed to involve a fair amount of phone tag.
But for the convenience of being able to keep doing my life while the detailing comes to me, I’ll be calling Voila again.

I purchased a Viola coupon through Grouon for auto-detailing service for about half the price. They failed to show up after rescheduling TWICE. Additionally, they did not give me a confirmation call after two messages, but tried to reschedule again 1 ½ hours after their no-show. And when you do get some contact, the phone service was not courteous nor professional. Currently seeking a refund from Groupon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND VOILA!

Not surprisingly a no-show this weekend, after previously re-scheduling for weather — and prior to that never getting called back for an original appointment. I’m having a hard time believing this is a legit company.
