Their system is terrible. My doctor’s office calls or emails them to request c-pap mask, hose etc. They call me on my landline and don’t leave a msg. because it’s a automatic generated voice, so weeks go by. In other words, instead of my being able to trigger a new part by request, this system has to get my response. I have seen the gal in the Capitola office twice or three times and she is very nice — but only there a couple of times per week. It’s maddening!

NO stars — worst customer Service EVER! It’s been over 7 months since initial contact and I still don’t have the mask I need to use the C-PAP unit!
