This place is a NIGHTMARE. Came in with my best man to look for tuxes months before my wedding. Andrew is apparently the owner/manager of this store. He seemed to be helpful at the time, and we placed our order with him. He took our measurements there the same day and told us we were set and to have the rest of my boys come to the Capitola store to fit them next. Everyone got measurements easily and with plenty of time to spare. As time progressed I became worried about time as Andrew had not contacted me to come in and get everything finalized. I would call numerous times only to be put on hold and told the same thing over and over again that«He just stepped out and will be back in an hour. We will leave him a message to call you back». Andrew NEVER called me back, not once out of at least a dozen different phone calls spread out in weeks… Time came when I finally got a hold of him ONE week before my weeding day. I was told«not to worry, that all of our suits are ready» to «come in Wednesday for final fitting» Thats now 3 days before my wedding day. The day of fitting was a nightmare. Everyone’s orders were incorrect !!! I bought New everything only to receive used shoes, vest, tie, and the wrong shirt. WTF !!! Not only was my shoes and vest wrong but where both the wrong size. My grooms men had buttons literally flying off of their brand new suits and some were different styles, colorand some were also wrong sized. The store employee at least acknowledge the«mistake» and said he and Andrew would take care of everything and have the suites pressed. Come one day before my wedding, I still received used items and a modified used vest to fit me. My tux had not been pressed at all … They said they pressed it, funny how folded wrinkly crease marks appeared everywhere and obvious. Still had the tags attached inside of the jacket. I found out and saw for my own eyes that they use a cheap ass As Seen On TV hand steamer, as their idea of pressing !!! What do I do but go with the flow at this point and Andrew said he would make it up to me later and had all of the new items on order, and just to trade them in when they come into the store. Ya, thanks a lot for F’n up my wedding attire. You know it only comes once in a persons special day with the one they are marrying. Weeks after my wedding I tried calling Andrew and yet again the same old B.S. messaging. Finally got a hold of him months later and told me he would call back as soon as my new apparel arrives. Months later again no phone call… Finally cornered him into getting my items I purchased. He said«I’m sorry that someone is dropping the ball on you». Are you F’n kidding me !!! YA you are ! Don’t blame your employees, how irresponsible to hide behind your employment Andrew ! It took 6 months later after my wedding to get the correct exchange from this place. YES Six Months later !!! Bad business all around !!

I had quite the experience with this shop. Needed a bridesmaid dress. I came in 2 months before the wedding, my measurements were taken, and dress ordered by Destiny. She was really helpful my entire quick visit with newborn in arm… anyway, the dress was supposed to take a week. Three weeks later i went in, and it still wasn’t there. They called the company that it was ordered from, and a week later my dress came, 3 sizes too big. They offered to tailor it, and 2 wks. later still no dress. They forgot i guess. Now we have to start over. They ordered another dress, this time the«manager» i believe, blammed the mishap on the 1st. girl who spent so much time helping me, and reordered it with the worst attitude ever. I called 3 – 4 times, no dress no call backs. When it finally came it was great, but i don’t really think I’ll pay as much for the service i received. There are nice people working there, just not professional attitudes. And the dresses are pretty. I guess if they cmmunicated with each other, and ran the business like a business instead of a hang out, i’d revisit some time.
