I agree with Jacqueline H. Dr Le is rough. She rushed through the appt without telling me what she was doing, jerked my mouth around, leaned on my head and otherwise had no since of customer service. Very cold attitude, in and out like a Jack In The Box drive through. She is booked and schedule is tight so I presume that why she rushed. Even heard the rwcptionist tell another patient that Dr Le would have no time for discussion about her appt. Went through an entire root canal without any rinsing. I guess that’s why she felt like she didn’t need to suck any excess saliva which caused gag reflexes throughout the appt. At the end, absolutely no discussion about post op care. Only a piece of paper with instructions. From the time I was out of the chair, I was in my car within 10 seconds. Not sure about the quality of work as I am still numb. Good or bad, this was my last visit with her so I am thankful she sprinted through the appt so I could get the hell out of there as fast as I could.

I was referred by my dentist for a root canal to Dr. Le and I was very impressed and satisfied by the promptness of getting me in and how painless and quick the procedure was. Thank you Dr,. Le and staff for a very pleasant experience!

If you have to go through that awful mouth pain then these girls are where you wanna go! I walked in almost immobilized by pain and immediately the assistant Melissa was getting me out of pain. They were very up front with me about the procedures. Explained in detail but while making it understandable for the rest of us. All my future endodontics care will be here! Although honestly I hope I never HAVE to go back!

I don’t normally complain. but I found this endo to be very rough and not gentle at all. I have had more dentistry done than anyone i know. I recently had X-​rays taken that took TWO hours. I was told the apt would be thirty minutes. I paid out of pocket for X-​rays and brought them for a second option to another dentist. They didn’t even take out my earrings. So I spent 100 dollars are X-​rays that weren’t even done right. I have expressed many times my dental anxiety and just found that she is NOT gentle at ALL. I don’t recommend this endo or this office. I found the entire situation completely frustrating. Bottom line is… Not gentle and if you have any dental anxiety don’t go here. You will not be happy. Also, I went here for a retreat once before and I had to go back like four times because they couldn’t figure it out.

My current Dentist referred me to Dr. Le to get two root canals redone. and she did the job flawlessly. I would highly recommend her! Root canals aren’t my idea of a good time, and a price that I paid for slacking with my teeth. I’m thankful for my current Dentist and Dr. Le who are a great team!

I have so much gratitude for Dr. Le Fern. She was amazing and I was very, very very difficult. I had anxiety and was shaking so bad it took me along time to calm down enough to even lay still in the chair and Dr. Le did not give up on me. She was very comforting and helped me tremendously. She worked fast and she was just a rock star in my eyes. Her lovely assistant Kirsten I think her name was. I might have forgotten her name but I’ll never forget how sweet she was to me. I say this to all those people out there with fear of the dentist, these ladies are awesome. I still had my crazy panic attack but they helped me though it and that was more than I could ever ask of any professional.

What a great experience for a first time visit. Brought my 86 yr. old mother for what could have been a Root Canal nightmare… but Dr. Le and her staff were so comforting and professional and completely focused on NOT doing work that did not have to be done. So refreshing.
