This mini storage is THE BEST and most decent priced in Santa Cruz. I have used the facilities twice between moves. Once was during some flooding here in our City and nothing was damaged and nothing molded afterwards. The units are clean and easy to get into. I am disabled and have a hard time lifting, pulling or twisting and I have not had a problem with that at all. The doors are manageable and you can drive right up to your unit. The husband/​wife team, who live on the property, are very knowledgeable. They take fantastic care of the property and give personal, friendly service… even after I must have lost the gate code ten times lol! Recommended Highly.

I’ve had storage most of my adult life. This has been the best facility. I generally don’t even cover clothing hanging on the racks. It hasn’t mildewed and I don’t find things covered in spider webs. The place is very well maintained and has excellent drainage.
All units are at ground level so you can drive right up to them. There are no elevators, carts, etc. to deal with. You don’t have to move your car to let somebody get around you. Your unit is in direct line-​of-​sight with your vehicle so you don’t have to post a guard while you load-​in.
These are things you should check out throughly. I would check customer reviews before you select the place to store your goods.
