Awesome place for dessert on a date! I have tried to do every slushy combination but always forget what ones I have already tried

My wife and I frequented this place during college and every time we go to Carbondale, would recommend to all to at least try. If you you like the boba and want extra, just ask and for 30 cents they will pretty much fill the cup with it. I just wish they accepted debit cards.

Everyone needs to go here at least once. Every time we go to Carbondale my kids and their friends beg to go. Many varieties of drinks and the doughnuts are really good too!

Everyone needs to go here at least once! They have a ton of options for drinks — teas, milk teas, slushes…
My favorite are the slushes, though. They’re only fruit and ice with no dairy, but they’re creamy — almost reminding me of a milk slush. My favorite flavors are the lychee & plum. But they’re open to mixing multiple flavors for you if that’s what you want.
The best part is the little old woman and man who run the shop. They’re always the sweetest and so funny. They will tell you to «PUNCH IT!» when putting your straw in the drink. They make the experience worthwhile.

Everything I have ever order here has been amazing. Lychee or avocado flavors may be a little odd, but are totally interesting. Bonus the inside is filled with costumer drawings, so the wait is never boring.

I got a mango strawberry smoothie and I don’t think I ever had such a good smoothie before! There are so many options I think anyone can find something they like there.

Only 6 reviews? This place is always packed because the drinks are AMAZING. The owners are so kind and do there best to get drinks out in minutes (although on a weekend night you might wait 10 minutes or so). Go visit. Don’t wait!!!

When I previoulsly reviewed this place, I gave it 1 star because I experienced horrible service and a subpar product. However, I am happy to say I have returned several times since then and I have always been more than satisfied. The employees are very sweet and the bubble tea always tastes great. I am so glad I returned, even though I had vowed not to. QQ is delicious, and everyone in and around Carbondale should try it!

I have FINALLY had this bubble tea that everyone on the planet’s talking about! Yay, me!
And, I had this first cup of bubble tea at Qq Bubble Tea in Carbondale, IL. The lady working there at the time — I assume she’s the owner — was super friendly and conversational. She even helped me figure out what the best choice for me would be. The choices were endless and I never thought I was going to be able to finally pick one.
My order was finished quickly and the drink was awesome. I will def. make this a regular stop when I am in Carbondale.

The facility is a clean, small, personal space owned by a Chinese (or Japanese or. one of those) couple. It’s the man who will most likely be serving you, the woman is usefully sitting in a booth in the corner watching some crazy foreign game show that I will never have the perseverance and strength of character to understand. The man is funny and lovable, is always in a good mood, and always willing to help you make up your mind if you don’t know what you want.
There is a large variety of different flavors of tea you can mix and match from, enough that you never have to have the same thing twice if you don’t want to.
There isn’t much to say, Tea is Tea. Everything I had here was delicious and whenever I’m in Carbondale I make sure to stop.

I’m soooo happy! I had another chance to get to Carbondale and, more importantly, to QQ Bubble Tea. The people that run the place are so adorable. Last time, I was a little bummed I didn’t see a mocha drink – well, I mentioned this to the lady behind the counter and she said suggested just mixing the coffee and chocolate flavors together (I love her). The Mocha Slush Boba was perfect.

This is a hidden gem. I’ve had bubble tea in many places, and qq has the best by far. Get the tapioca and raspberry red tea. Other flavors like coconut and peach are good too, but the raspberry is amazing.
