If there were –negative stars I would rate this location accordingly. Because of the poor customer service and total brush off I just received, I will not recommend or use this shipping business ever. I was told it would «be a while», So I asked what time they closed and the clerk responded, «3», it was 2pm. We felt as if he didn’t want or appriciate our business, so we walked right out and will. go to the Fed-​ex store in Aspen. Cost and convenience don’t mean anything if an employee treats me rudely. Thanks but no thanks UPS store.

We moved to Willits few years ago from Aspen and we’ve been using this UPS service since then, but we’ve never have any problems. The Latin guy is very nice, he always helps me with what ever I need.

Horrendous customer service! The clerk acted as if I was interrupting him. He charged me to print my shipping label and for 2 strips of tape on the top of the box I was shipping. He said it had to have the tape and that he should have charged me even more. Ridiculous, poor treatment and a bad attitude! Stay away if customer service is what you are looking for!
