Stopped by Wine Time en route to Redstone(knowing full well that everything would be closed upon our late arrival), and we were met with friendly staff, the tail end of a lovely tasting(French wine vs. American… guess who won that round), and a great selection. We took the recommendation of the fella helping us and purchased a half bottle of a highly-recommended champagne to celebrate our anniversary, and we were not disappointed. They also had my favorite Napa Valley cab(Rombauer), and Hubs couldn’t resist the Beer Cave. Easy access off 133, just before Main St.

While catering primarily to the mountainista wine-sipping bourgeoisie, Wine Time also has a BEERCAVE to satisfy the palate of common man and beer snob alike. They have a large import selection, as well as the usual regional microbrews so many of the kids like these days. But even moreso, they remember their customers and actually appreciate & reward local patrons. If you are looking to pair a wine with a meal or buy someone a unique bottle of wine, this is THE place.
