Wisper Vapes LLC

As someone who has frequented many of the vape shops in Southern Illinois, I can attest that what the gentleman below has said is garbage. Now, my story. Add I stated, I have purchased from most of the vape shops in SI, as I have been vaping for almost 3 years. I have found that Wisper has the BEST customer focused services. Walk in, need a coil, ask. They will build you one on the spot. They personally loaned me a mod when mine broke (purchased elsewhere) until my knew one came in (also purchased elsewhere). WTH? Ok, they don’t carry what you personally like. Boo hoo. Look around, every shop in Carbondale has different stuff. Don’t like the bro mentality, why? I would rather be bro’ed then have a concierge. Let me enjoy the ambience. Video games, pool tables, contests, people chillin and talking. Nice. Sorry Sam. I like this place as is. Oh and before anyone says it. Nope, I don’t work here. Vape on!

I’m so disappointed in this store. I waked in for the first time and was impressed, however, when I visit Carbondale and walk in, the owner isn’t there and I’m stuck with this one guy who is just an awful salesman and has no talking skills. Vape shops are shops first and hang-​outs second. I shouldn’t walk in to have this one guy treat me like a bro. Most customers want to treated like they’re the king, in the aspect that they are treated better than anyone else in an indiscriminate manner. When I walked in the first time, I handed the owner a list of popular juices that I know would sell well, and he never took my advice. Since, I work in a vape shop in Chicago, I know that getting samples isn’t very expensive and are sometimes free. This store has really gone downhill and I don’t like it because it has potential to be a great store.
