Exceptional! After visiting four other businesses I finally found the part that I was looking for at Ace Hardware. I have gone to Ace many times for unusual items and to solve problems. They always have what I’m looking for and are very willing to help me solve household problems. This is a clean, well organized store with knowledgeable staff very willing to help.

I like to shop at ace hardware stores, but not this one! They were very rude to me when I called to ask if they carried what I was looking for. He said they had a very limited supply of the item, then I asked him a question about it and he THEN said that they had hundreds of these and I must come and look myself! Wow!

As is everything else in Carefree, this shopping center is very awkward. This small, old-​fashioned hardware store is very clean. The staff is pretty laid-​back and generally leaves customers alone, unless a customer asks for help. Merchandise selection is boring. This store is really missing the modern things that customers are looking for. There is no sense of expertise in interior design. Store definitely panders to the retiree. Most of the staff seems to be past their prime. Not very inspiring.

Ace Hardware in Carefree is really nice. Friendly employees and they have great deals. I signed up for the Ace Rewards program for more deals.
