I spent over a hundred dollars on a box and tank about a month ago from stratus vapor lounge. Today, the box shorted out and I went in to exchange it. I assumed it would be as hassle free as the buying process. I was wrong. The employee there didn’t know how to process a return so he called the owner, and after explaining the situation he walked him through the process. When they couldn’t figure out the process despite facetiming together, the boss suddenly brought up that they had a 7 day return policy. Mind you, I wasn’t returning anything, I just wanted an exchange for a new box and maybe to buy some vapor. Well, being that the item was clearly defective, and that they refused an exchange, I didn’t end up buying any vapor. Nor will I ever shop with this store again because they didn’t stand behind their products. I would recommend buying your tank and your vapor somewhere trustworthy and certainly not at stratus vapor lounge.

Great customer service. Great juice selection. Best vape shop I’ve been to AND I finally quit smoking cigarettes! Ronald was great and helped me with all my questions. I couldn’t recommend this place more! Ademir, another sales person is awesome too! Can’t go wrong in this vape shop! I’m updating this review just to say after visiting multiple vape shops on Long Island, this vape shop has by far the best and greatest selection of premium e-juice.

Very knowledgable and friendly staff. Great juice selection too. Been to a few other shops on Long Island but they don’t compare. Will definitely be returning. Also seems like a fun environment for employees which makes for an even better experience for customers.
