I had a minor crisis on my hands with an inoperative PC on a Saturday. I took it into Alliance in Carlisle to see what they could do. The lone employee was friendly and personable as he offered to «take a look» for their $ 39 diagnostic charge. About 20 minutes later I was paying the bill for a new chip cooling fan installed. I was back home and operating in less than two hours from start to finish. I will be in the market for a new PC this summer and will stop by Alliance to get a quote.
Lots of parts and accessories were in stock at prices that seemed very reasonable.

Harrisburg, PA
Smaller than their other stores from what I can tell. But it’s newer too and well-​organized. The people there have been funny and easy to talk to. Maybe that’s not a requirement for a computer store, but it’s refreshing to me.
