Carlisle Pediatric Associates

We’ve been coming to Carlisle Pediatrics since our little guy was born in June 2015 and we’ve been very pleased with the quality of care here.
We’ve had Dr. Stephen Krebs each time and he’s been very friendly, knowledgable, and willing to answer all of our questions without judgment. We never leave without a handful of information on all the important topics our son will be experiencing between visits! He’s made the anxiety of going to the doctor so much easier on us with his gentle demeanor.

In my personal experience only: Reception is always rude, the building is dirty, some of the doctors that I have experienced give me vague and unspecific answers to my questions or concerns. Out of the few years that I had been there I had only returned because of ONE specific doctor that I always had a great experience with. Getting appointments with this doctor is difficult (long wait time so you know other people think what I think and just wait it out for this specific person) so we have chosen to leave the practice. I have never felt welcome there and have even heard my same specific complaints from other people I know who either wait months to get in with «the good one» or they have left all together.
Go ahead, give this place a call… once you get through the 5 minute automated mess you will be greeted by a staff member who is completely miserable or acts like you called in the middle of their lunch break. Very similar to what you get when you call the Carlisle Walmart.
