I have had wonderful haircuts at this salon. They listen to you and you will leave with a good experience and be happy with your end result.

I have had my haircut here a handful of times now and colored three times. I don’t trust my haircuts to anyone else!
Yes, the wait can be long, but it’s worth waiting of you want a good haircut.

Awful. First of all, the wait there is NEVER what they say it will be. I’ve gone about 6 times in the last year and consistently you’re told 15 minutes, but it turns into an hour.
But the last time I went was the worst. I got a hair cut and color and was horrified at the results. I had shoulder length hair. I did want a change, but stressed numerous times that I did NOT want it to be a drastic one.
What I ended up with was the back about 3−4″ long at the crown and a diagonal bob hairstyle. The color was extremely severe — lots of blonde streaks, which showed roots about 3 weeks after getting my hair done and after 2 colorings since, is still showing through.
Now, all that said, the hair cut was a good cut. It was very neat and even. But my upset came from the complete disregard for my wishes on the style I wanted to have, so it was extremely disappointing (I even cried). It will take me close to 2 years to get my hair back to shoulder length, where it was, which is extremely frustrating.
So just be aware — great haircut, absolutely no care put toward what YOU want done with your hair.

Awful! The lady who waxed my eyebrows hardly left me any brow at all! I cried for an hour after I left. I had my haircut as well, it was mediocre. If you’re looking to save cash, getting a haircut here would be fine but DO NOT get your brows waxed here.
