This was our fourth home inspection, so we’ve had various inspectors over the years. John Mauch is definitely very thorough with his inspections, just like a home buyer would expect their inspector to be. He reviews all components of the house, not just a visual inspection, like some other lazy inspectors do. He also provides a binder with homeowner resources such as service referrals and basic homeowner tips. While not everything was caught, we did have some drains that didn’t work and the water pressure is super high, this was by far the most thorough inspector we have worked with.
