Wow. First they called to ask if I wanted an earlier appointment due to cancellations. When I arrived they were outside waving me into the garage. They told me it would take a half hour to replace and an hour to dry and where the waiting room was. It is a beautiful spring day, so I said I’d like to wait outside. An employee brought a chair out for me and asked if I had sunglasses. I told him they were in the car and he said he would get them. He checked to see if I needed something to drink. This is great customer service!
