Walmart Supercenter Vision Center

On my way out of the store with my hands full, (a bag of grass seed and a 5 lb. bag of potting soil) when I was stopped so that a service person could see my receipt. As I understand, the practice of Walmart employees inspecting receipts as a customer exits the store is not legal. Not happy.

Busy. And the people well i won’t go there.

At first I was a little skeptical in making a medical related appointment at Wal-​mart but was presently surprised. As someone who does not have vision coverage on my insurance plan, the $ 105 contact exam was the cheapest in the area.
Staff was very friendly, the facility was clean and all equipment was up to date. I got there about 20 minutes early for my appointment, and they started my exam right away, without having to sit in the waiting room, which is stocked with reading material for entertainment in case you aren’t as fortunate as I was.
Even though I did not get a close look at the selection of glasses they offered, the rates seemed reasonable and there were plenty of walls filled with them to choose from.
Check out was simple, without pressure to purchase my contacts directly from them or update my glasses (I normally order them online). They did carry the brand I like. I was walking out of the store in my new lenses even before my appointment was officially supposed to start.
