We worked with David for months and really bought into his plan for our event, but after two postponed tastings and a promise to provide a quote he just walked away. He said that he booked another event because we did not give him a deposit when in fact we could have paid him cash if he would have asked or given us the option to reserve our date before booking a new one. I would not recommend chancing your special event on a caterer that cannot be relied upon…
