Store owner Rick was rude! Shop is in disarray filthy dusty cluttered could barely walk inside without tripping on piles of stuff everywhere. I will take my business elsewhere.

Rick has been a fixture in Carlsbad for years and with good reason. He’s friendly and does outstanding work with fast response. He’s great to work with and bends over backwards to accommodate special requests. His prices and range of products are great. Rick is THE place to go for all your trophies, awards, etc.

With the hustle and bustle of the holidays, I found myself in a time crunch to engrave a special gift. After calling some better known places and being turned down I found myself dialing this number and a very friendly and helpful gentleman swooped in to give me a Christmas miracle. Thank you so much for the exceptional service! Will be frequenting here often. Forget things remembered!

The owner Rick is fantastic! He supported my boyfriend for his eagle scout project and engraved a plaque for free. As well as a christmas gift he did for free. Very generous and caring. Great experience:) Very pleased and great location!

I stopped by to buy a simple cup for a competition (generic bragging rights type plastic cup) and was told it needs a week to get a cup and have it engraved, when I said I wanted a simple, small cup, not engraved I was told that would take an hour. I have no ide why it would take an hour to buy something off the shelf so I left. The owner was very unhelpful and I would not recommend this place to anyone

I stopped into AA Trophies today to have a plate engraved on our Family’s Annual Thanksgiving Cookoff trophy… (FYI — Uncle Lou’s Turkey took the prize last year).
The owner was able to engrave the plate on the spot… and better yet he wrote down the font and size of the text on the back of the plate so we could match it next year regardless of where we went for engraving. That is awesome service!
After speaking with the owner (I can’t remember his name) he explained that they have been in business since 1976! That’s pretty cool.

Awesome job engraving at an amazing price. I don’t have anything bad to say, not only did they do a good job the customer service was also great, even helped me to my car with my engraved piggy banks. I will definitely go back and recommend this place to my friends.
