Seriously disappointing service. Signed a contract in August with a promise our solar would be installed and running within 1 – 2 months. Panels where installed within that timeframe but the rest of the work (stucco repair, city inspection) was not. It took 4+ months and countless emails and phone calls to actually get that work completed and when it was done all we received was an email with 1 line saying «it passed». Again followed up with emails for another month asking what is next, and we have not received a reply. No warranty paper work, no bill of sale, no online monitoring… nothing! Now on the verge of a new year, it’s close to 6 months since we were first promised to have it completed within «a couple months» and it is still not done and we are still paying a huge SDG&E bill. If you want solar, look elsewhere, I’m sure there’s more companies that actually want your business and will have better communication with you.
