We found him to be a nice guy to deal with while we were under warranty, but unreliable & pricey after.

Wow, I have had my Spa for almost 2 years. Aqua Paradise has been there for me every step of the way. At 12 months — new bulb time — Jay delivered it to my front porch (he lives a few miles away and drops goods off on his way home).
Then I slipped up — 2 months ago my water «cleanliness» routine was interrupted by life. The water was not as crystal clear as I like it. Just a phone call got me back on track with e-​mailed instructions how to empty, clean and install new filters. Jay and Andy to the rescue!
I prefer the water really really clean — without lots of chemicals. It did work for a year and a few months, then I got sloppy. My point, and I do have one:) — without the resource of Jay and Andy to call, the spa would probably be sitting in my yard as another project to get to that is too complicated to take care of today. You know, something broken that you just do not have what it takes to fix?
Instead — today is cleaning day. And I will get in when the water is cold because it is a muggy day.

It has been just a little over a year since we bought our spa from Jay. I must have gone to ten different spa stores before going to Aqua Paradise. What a difference this place is from most spa dealers. Jay is very knowable about all brands of spas and won’t talk down about the competition which is very refreshing. I would recommend Aqua Paradise to anyone Trust me you won’t be disappointed. Keep up the good work Jay.

Fun time will go back

We shopped for a jacuzzi for several months as we settled into our new home. We went to both locations and did our wet tests and enjoyed the entire experience. Jay, Andy and Zac were extremely patient and helpful! Having our tub for the holidays has been amazing. After our purchase we realized we have other friends that also have purchased from Jay and raved about his after purchase service. I think the delivery team from Diaz needs a shout out as well. They took their time to ensure our tub was right where it needed to go. From start to finish the experience was perfect. Thanks Team Aqua Paradise!

The bottom line here is that we just had a TERRIBLE experience with this dealership. They gave us nothing but misleading information up front and incompetent tech support when we encountered problems. It dragged on for months. They only way we eventually solved our problem was to contact Jacuzzi customer service directly. Within a week they sent over an independent repair technician. He was polite and obviously very experienced. On opening up the Jacuzzi his first comment was how sloppy the work already done to it was. He said screws we’re missing and the heater connections were loose and seemed to be only hand tightened. He replaced both the logic board and the control panel and the unit has operated perfectly since. The customer service rep from Jacuzzi was very apologetic for our entire experience and kindly offered to send us the equivalent value in Jacuzzi supplies to cover our out of pocket costs for an electrician we unnecessarily hired at Aqua Paradise’s recommendation. We feel deceived, and abused by the whole experience. What was supposed to be a purchase to inspire relaxation caused us nothing but tremendous inconvenience and grief. For months we had an unusable big box sitting in our yard and Aqua Paradise couldn’t have cared less. They repeatedly misdiagnosed our issues and were quite rude about it! They would accept no responsibility for their errors and were completely unapologetic when proved wrong. Our advise. Jacuzzi is a great product. Buy it elsewhere. Caveat Emptor!

Jay is a knowledgeable and helpful resource. Recently purchased a Jacuzzi and arranged for install. Looking forward to my own personal oasis.

Called these guys and they were helpful from the start. Came out to do a cleaning and Zach explained everything about my hot tub. He was very honest and didn’t try to up-​sale me like most companies. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get their hot tub serviced… a company you can trust.

Jay, Ken, and the team at Aqua Paradise were great. The team really helped us understand how Jacuzzis compared to other brands without any, well not too much, sales bluster. When we decided on a Jacuzzi, Jay offered to come out and help us get our spot preset with our landscapers. The install went off without a hitch and the team made it easy to understand how to care for the tub. If you want excellent service this is really the place to go.

We Had the best experience ever with Jay and his staff. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped us maneuver through the process without trying to up sale. We never felt pressured and got exactly what we wanted. We love it! the kids love all the options for music and lights, but we can adjust when we want. Jay also offers a wonderful maintenance service to clean tub every 3 months.

This is a review for both the sale and service of a spa… 18 MONTHS after purchasing a Jacuzzi from Jay at Aqua Paradise. First of all, I love the product. 100% satisfied from that perspective.
What I really love… is the service. Jay is never more than a phone call away. Helped me learn how to manage the water, and other minor care and feeding of a jacuzzi. Jay even had someone swing by my house to make sure my water/​chemicals were ok when I was on a 2.5 week vacation… and this was LONG AFTER the purchase. There was nothing to be gained for him to do such an act. He is just a can-​do guy.
He is knowledgeable, reliable, honest… and if you’re going to drop car’s worth of money on a spa… might as well spend it at a place where the owner truly deserves the business.
My highest recommendation.

Katie and I need the soothing Jacuzzi feeling

Jay was patient and motivated to get me the jacuzzi of my dreams. He helped coordinate with a fantastic electrician, came to my home to help me figure out the perfect location, and came BACK days later at my request after we placed it to adjust it’s position to suit my taste after experiencing it real time in my back yard. Couldn’t be happier. Living the dream!

A few weeks ago we purchased a Jacuzzi brand hot tub from Aqua Paradise. Now our backyard IS an aqua paradise! It’s a pretty major purchase and I had a million dumb questions for Jay and his staff. Zack was very knowledgeable in the shop and patiently answered all of my questions. I told them our budget and I got a tub for a price that I was happy with. I found them because of all the great reviews and my experience was true to the feedback I read about them. Look no further!

Look no further. We purchased a Jacuzzi 415 from them. They gave us a great price (far better than the Del Mar Fair Special offered by one of their competitors) and did everything they said they would do. No pressure to buy. Jay was extremely patient with us and answered all our questions.

Just bought a house and the first thing we wanted to get was a hot tub. I have never owned a hot tub but Jay at Aqua paradise made the purchasing process a dream. We walked in and right away he was happy to answer any of our questions but he never pushed us into a sale. He really let the product speak for itself, and let us choose the right hot tub for us. He was friendly and we visited Aqua Paradise several times before settling on a specific hot tub. Once we did he helped us find a contractor to set up the slab and electrical necessary for the Jacuzzi as well as a crane to place the hot tub into our backyard. We really appreciate the quality service that we continue to receive from Aqua Paradise.

After looking for a spa tub, I settled on a Jacuzzi — in no small part because of Jay’s laid back attitude to my questions. He never pressured me to make a decision, he was friendly and open about the costs and benefits of competitors (and his answers lined up with what their salesmen said). It seems to me that when you buy an expensive appliance for your home, you have to trust two things– the brand name you are buying, and the service backing up that brand name. The service here is top notch — I only wish my other service providers had this kind

I pay very close attention when speaking to a potential vendor, vendor defined by me is anyone I spend more than $ 3,000 with. My outcome is to determine does this vendor have my best interest at heart or theirs. Sadly most people seem to believe consumers don’t see through intentions. My belief is business owners should have a servants heart and seek to add more value than a consumer may expect to receive.

I have always wanted a spa and I do my homework before I part with my money. Jay has the rare belief system that if can «serve» his clients to the highest levels they will become raving fans rather than simply customers. I bought my spa exactly one year ago and frankly I have had almost no contact with Jay since, which is a good thing because all I do is enjoy the Jacuzzi. The purchase, which I would consider a major purchase was more than pleasant and Jay made it easy to want to buy from him. Why? Because it was obvious he had my best interest in mind at all times.

We bought our Jacuzzi after thoroughly researching and shopping and are very happy with our product choice. But even better is the level of support and service has been phenomenal. Dealing with a company that is owner operated and that the owner knows sales and the service part is great! We couldn’t be happier! We love evenings relaxing in our spa!
