This place has it all. Excellent customer service and more welding supplies and consumables in stock than any other place I have been. Save yourself time and make Arc Zone your first stop.
Jim and his crew have helped me more times over the past few years than I can remember. From getting my first TIG welder correctly set up and ensuring I had the proper supplies, to suggestions for different filler metals, and providing me with emergent parts. Three times in the last four months Arc Zone has been the only place between L.A. and San Diego that had what I needed in stock, every other place would have taken days to get it in.
I have learned that it’s best to call there first, for a few reasons.
1. Selection — They have everything I have needed in stock. And since I can’t ever seem to plan jobs ahead, this is the best benefit.
2. Prices — The prices are great, check their website.
3. Knowledge — The store is full of people who are knowledgeable about welding, filler metals, PPE, welders, and can give suggestions when needed. The one time I had a tough problem, Jim came out and got me taken care of right away.

Excellent selection of specialized products and great customer service. They are more than willing to go the distance to be sure the customer is satisfied with their purchase.
