I can’t say enough about these condos. The pictures don’t do it justice. You have to see them to see how great they are. I wasn’t considering a two bedroom at all, until I saw these in person. They have balconies off every room as well. As a bonus, you can have your pets. The garages are really deep. Therefore, if you wanted to make a man cave, playroom or office you could.
The location is so great. They are on the end of a cul-​de-​sac with a canyon view and across from really nice attached homes. It feels like a community. They are also perched on a hill so you get the westerly sunshine throughout the day.
Upgrades are great. Very modern and clean.
Andrea, the manager, is so amazing. She is one of the sweetest people I’ve met. I looked at another place I was going to rent and decided against it because the manager was not nice. Andrea, is so different. She will take care of you if you need anything. That’s a lot of peace-​of-​mind.
You must see these before you look at all the small, dark condos in the area. I’ve seen them!

Recently I’ve been searching for a new apartment home and found this lovely complex. At the end of a cul de sac these 24 non-​smoking units are almost perfect. Although I can’t move in (yet) because of family considerations (stairs), I know that this is where I eventually want to reside. The friendly and informative greeting by Andrea, the manager (who also lives onsite, another plus). She spent several appointments with me in order to see the premises, different apartment options, and the upgrades that they are doing as they remodel. Thank you Andrea and Bella La Costa.
