The BlackBox Athletics team doesn’t waste a minute challenging participants not only to work harder, but to work smarter. I feel like my time is spent wisely during the sessions– maximum work in minimum time! The team does a great job adjusting workout parameters for different levels of fitness or other limitations participants might have. I’m confident that I won’t be doing a cookie-cutter workout, but rather one that is uniquely suited for my goals and personal challenges. The Blackbox workouts are also a lot of fun– they combine teamwork with individual performance, and it’s a captivating combination. Thanks to BlackBox, I’ve run farther than I thought I could, carried weight longer than I thought I could, and all-around done more than I would have on my own. I’ve tried lots of different workout styles and seen plenty of them come and go, but Blackbox is the real deal: tough but supportive, friendly but challenging, and thoughtful above all.
