This place is hard to find if you don’t know what you’re looking for. But if you do– it’s no problem! It’s right off the freeway, off the 5 and in the apartments/​condos across from the dealerships, around the bend.
It’s right next to another salon which is pretty funny, but this place is the sheeeeiz… It’s all decked out in white and blue, with salon chairs and tall mirrors and the rifht stylists to match. I came here since my stylist moved from her location, Yasuko, and I’m glad she did.
This salon is nice, bright, upscale and very cool. 5 stars from me

I love Bluwater! My hair was like 4 different colors when I went in and Jessica was able to give me almost exactly what I wanted at my first appointment. More concerned with maintaining what integrity was left of my completely damaged mop; She worked carefully but quickly to give me the best results possible. I was more than happy :) I DEFINITELY recommend Jessica to everyone!!!

Detailed, individual cut makes my hair look better than it has ever been. Homer is a style genius. His cut gives my hair movement and fullness. Jessica is a color master, offering a consistent and natural effect every time. Treat yourself to a visit to Bluwater salon. It is a gorgeous place and tranquil. You will leave feeling like you just won the lottery — and, in a way, you will have.
