When you are in pain, you really shouldn’t have to deal with a place like this. While a few staff members are nice Dr. Kelly is not. They will not do the follow up work when it comes to insurance. To get my first consult it took 3 calls that were not returned and me showing up to the office to ask for an appointment. I wish I could say that it was a fluke and things got better from there, but they didn’t. Request for PT were sent to the wrong insurance office once a week for three weeks, then sent with incomplete dr’s note and unlabeled rads/​ultrasound images. My dog’s veterinary office handles things better. During an appointment I asked Dr. Kelly about current restrictions, he said it would be in his report and he’d send it to the insurance company. Really?!? Please save yourself the hassle and pain of this place. I honestly only came here because I was referred from Carlsbad Urgent Care.
