I took a CPC class here(intro to paddle boarding) with the use of a Living Social deal. I went later in the year, and it was quite cold, but the class still went on. I was actually the only person who signed up for the class, so it was nice having a private class for the same price. The studio is pretty small and basic, but right on the lagoon, which is nice. Unfortunately the SUP yoga classes didn’t work with my schedule, so I went with just the paddle board class. It was my first time, and it went great! After a few minutes of on-land instruction, the instructor and I went out on the water. Since it was a cold day, there weren’t many other people out on the water. It was my first time to the lagoon, and we had it all to ourselves. After cruising around for awhile, we went back and that was it. There wasn’t a whole lot to the intro class(it was great — my first time doing it, so I didn’t want anything else). Unfortunately the regular-priced classes are a bit out of my budget, but I understand that you’re paying for both the SUP and the fitness perspective. Due to the cost, I will likely not be back. They are located a little bit further down the way from the other watersports places on the lagoon, so it can be a little tricky to find, but they do have great signage on Adams.

I loooove this place! I hate being in the gym so working outside is definitely ideal. The staff is knowledgable and kicks my butt.
