Val is awesome!!! Always goes out of her way to help me out even starting her shift early.

Was in about two weeks ago around 6ish on a Wednesday. Wanting to make a quick purchase I asked the employee if she could please bring me a certain size, she asked me to wait although she was just standing there chatting. Her and another customer were trying to create a photograph for instagram using the baby converse, cute but why not just help me real quick and go back to your photography. So I waited for the close to 25 pics they took. She then laughed and put away all the converse used for the pictures. So my quick purchase turned into 30 minutes, REALLY???

I had to give a shout out to this place for being so accommodating, especially Valerie, the manager that helped me out!
I went looking to buy fourteen pairs of shoes for a good deal. (For my wedding party — cliché I know, but hey it’s adorable). Anyway, when I told Valerie she immediately began asking all the right questions and grabbed everything I needed. She even separated all the transactions out so I could get the best deal possible and it ended up being super affordable! Here’s the kicker: I needed four pairs of larger sizes that weren’t available at the time. Valerie made sure to get my info and called me as soon as the shoes were in. Unfortunately, I was out of town at the time and couldn’t get them until a few days later. No problem: Valerie held them for me until I was able to pick them up. She even honored the deal I got on all the other pairs 3 weeks prior!
This turned it to be one of the best outlet retail experiences I have ever had. Kudos, Converse.

Loved this store and help was great. Found a pair of Chuck Taylor worn style in my size! love them.

Stopped in here over the last weekend…
We were looking for yellow converse for a toddler… they had every color but yellow.
The gentleman working was not too customer service oriented, but the store was clean and I wanted to buy some super awesome pink and white polka dot shoes… but left with nothing… woh woh woh.

I have never been attracted to Converse, but gave the store a walk-​through. There are some pretty interesting models of Converse high and low tops here, including neon fabric and leather-​looking top-​sider and converse hybrid shoes.
Collectors might want to pop in to see the available limited edition movie tie in shoes (Grinch who stole Christmas shoes) from the movie was two years ago and the shoe tie-​ins still here in stock.

Don’t be fooled by this outlet store meaning there would be good prices. I bought 2 pairs of Converse for my niece and nephew in Hawaii at a skateboarding shop cheaper than they sell them here. They have a clearance section but there was nothing good. Most of the shoes are at least $ 40, which is still cheaper than in Canada, but definitely not a deal, and the selection is decent. They did have some cheap tshirts and I ended up getting 2 shirts for $ 25.

My first visit…
I do not own any converse shoes or attire, and since JD ended up shopping here, I decided to finally check it out. He made purchases for Xmas and he mentioned that they had some pretty killer deals.
Apparently, some of the shoes are unisex. Hmmm, good concept for the company’s operational costs… Although, I didn’t see any that I HAD to have. I did see one pair that looked super cute — pink with Hawaiian flower prints. I was actually diggin’ the design, but not enough for me to spend about $ 40 for them. The soles felt hard, so not sure if they’re comfy. I didn’t feel like removing my UGGS to try them on…
I did, however, find a cute emo-​looking black and grey checkered cap for $ 5! They did have some cute shirts for cheap, but didn’t have time to really look at everything.
I was looking for a men’s black hoodie with NO zipper for a Secret Santa gift and when I asked an employee if they carried that style, he didn’t know. Then upon check out, the chick (manager) almost forgot to apply my AAA discount because she was distracted with another employee talking to her. She also had to count and recount my change to ensure it was the correct amount being handing back to me. I don’t mind the fact that employees get along/​joke around/​whatever, but at least be professional and efficient when conducting transactions with customers.
I’ll return to check out the deals, though. You get 15% off your purchase if you show your AAA card or get a AAA coupon book from the mall office.

Chucks is to fashion as vinyl records is to music.
This store reminds me of my Political Science professor. I swear he had a pair of chucks in every color possible.
Chucks will never go out of fashion. With this outlet store, fashion no longer has to be pricey.

Converse at a Bargain!
Well, Summer of 2009 is here. Converse, in my opinion, is on the hot list with fashion! Shoes, T’s, sports wear and Hats! This outlet store is not just yesterday’s news, but «sports» the current fashions!
Highlights:
1. The exact shoes I found at Macy’s South Coast were here for 8
bucks cheaper.
2. Fantastic T-​shirts for 12 bucks and less. Same with the caps.
3. Socks? 6 bucks for 3 pair of the hide socks!
4. Great sporting gear and stylish casual wear!
5. Great sale items. 3 walls were filled with 20 dollar or less shoes!
There was a deal that if you buy any clothing item you got the second half off. I am not sure if this was just for Memorial Day. but you can call and find out.
The staff here were all very friendly and helpful. I left here with $ 150 less in my pocket, but left with 4 things including a pair of shoes! Nice!
