Criscito Pizza

Grabbed a pizza tonight while they were stopped at my apartment! Loved being able to watch the process!

Yooooo this place is bomb. My roommate and I were just walking back to our apartment, when we saw their stand outside the leasing office of our apartment. I guess our apartment complex paid for half of our meal, so we got a 12 inch pizza for $ 5. Get the carbonara one! It has bacon and eggs :))

Absolutely knockout pizza, service and presentation. I attended an event where this was the meal provided, and the three guys could not have done a better job at keeping the guests fed and happy. That garlic honey pizza is something of dreams! I will certainly be hiring them for my own event!

Incredible pizza food truck, right outside of home. :D The Honey Garlic and the Carbonara are my favorites. I fantasize about having Criscitos cater a work party or other such large event. The pizzas are so crisp and fresh. OUTSTANDING. If you ever see a Criscito’s nearby, do yourself the BEST favor and buy a pizza.

Absolutely delicious pizza and very friendly staff, fresh ingredients and it’s always good when you can see them making your pizza. Calabrian & Brooklyn pizza are my favorites, come hungry or bring a friend because personal pies are a very good size. Well worth the 10 – 12 minute wait for a fresh pie. Id have no problem recommending this mobile pizzeria to friends. =)

We had Criscito cater our 10 year Vow renewal. There were 70 people there and everyone loved it. They were flexible and followed all my service requests. They had gluten free options which several of my guests were very thankful for. The pizza is delicious and the people give great customer service, I highly recommend them!

They showed up with a truck pulling a trailer. I could tell you how great the crust and toppings were. Or how the pizza has tremendous flavor. To keep it simple.

I was delivering concrete and saw these guys making pizza in a apartment complex .
Well this pizza is first rate quality pizza that would rival the ones in Naples (I used to live in Italy). Most of my coworkers where scared of the prices but hey great pizza requires quality ingredients. I suggested to them they should stick with little ceasers or costco pizza. these guys are Fantastico.
Will stop again if I ever see them again.
Wished they had Anchovies. The mobile wood oven the quality of the dough, Sauce, mozzarella and then thrown into the Italian Microwave made it worth it.

The stand makes regular appearances at my apartment complex and I’ve hit them up every time. Interesting combinations; I want to try each and I haven’t had a bad one yet. Staff is friendly and quick.

These guys have been stopping by our apartment regularly for over 9 months now. Wife and I don’t plan dinner those nights EVER, we love Criscito. Their pizza is top notch. I’ve tried pizza from some of the other competitors in the area and it doesn’t come close to the quality and taste of Criscito pizza. Love these guys!

Criscito Pizza catered our wedding on 3÷28÷15 and they were AMAZING. Their pizza is seriously delicious, their staff is friendly and helpful, and they are professional in every sense of the word. We’re still getting texts from guests two weeks later saying, «What was the name of that pizza you had at your wedding again? I’m obsessed!» We would recommend them to anyone and would hire them again in a heartbeat if we had another event to be catered.
We first heard of Criscito through our venue (Booze Brothers Brewery) since they had worked together multiple times. They came recommended as «seriously good pizza, everyone loves when they come to brewery», so we gave them a call. Phil, the owner, is extremely friendly and offered that we come meet their truck one day and try some pizza. We tracked them down, tried the honey garlic and el spicy, and the rest is history. Their pizza is thin, yet doughy. It’s flavorful, yet not overpowering. It’s covered in delicious fresh ingredients, yet not greasy. Seriously, talking about it makes me hungry.
Phil was extremely responsive to our needs/​questions, had reasonable pricing, and was quite laid back about his requirements/​restrictions (which is difficult to find when you throw the word «wedding» out there). He and his staff showed up on time, fed our guests until they could eat no more, and cleaned up & drove out quickly and efficiently. They even made us a heart shaped pizza to take home at the end of the night. It was so DAMN cute.
Overall– good pizza & good people. You definitely won’t regret it.

pizza chef touched money, then proceeded to make pizza without washing hands or changing gloves. Im sure the pizza may taste good, but common hygiene needs some work.

Extremely delicious pizza. For those who come from the east coast like myself and despise California pizza, this is your fix…
The owner of this establishment is also extremely professional and polite, and allowed my wife and I to try raw dough free of charge.
Best Pie: Grandma Pie

This little gem camps out at my apartment community every other Wednesday and is a blessing. I am OBSESSED with the honey garlic pizza… Takes me to Heaven, time and time again.

Just good pizza. Get some if it comes by your work or a nearby brewery.

Oh man– this is gooooood pizza we just went down to the food truck at our complex and yum! We got the honey garlic, definitely check this place out!

It’s official… I’m a fan! They added The Thief and The Carbonara since the last time I had their pizza. So good! Also, I didn’t think the flavor of the crust could get any better… I was wrong! Criscito, whatever you’re doing, keep up the good work!!!

Second time having their pizza and it is yet again amazing! They had something everyone in the family loved. I can’t wait for them to come back!

These guys make the best pizza with wonderful thin crust!
Very simple organic ingredients make their pizza actually good for you too!
It tastes light, not greasy at all, love their Margarita pizza.
If you are a fan of some breweries in Vista and San Marcos, this pizza truck usually can be found there on weekends (like in Iron Fist or Rip Curl).

Ok so I started with the margarita TWICE it was so good, now the honey garlic and I am so smitten with CRISCITO the pizza always top notch !! The flavors go really well together, the crust — let me tell you I grew up in NY and I know pizza this crust is very good! Ingredients fresh and amazing, you can taste the dedication…
So totally worth looking up where they will be and driving there to get some of this Amazing pizza!
