We always receive the best customer service. My husband got my engagement and wedding ring here. I love that i can come and get my ring cleaned without charge and that i can exchange paid off items to upgrade. Letty always helps us and when she is not there we find out when she will be there and come back. She took the time to get to know us and our family. Love it!

I was referred here by Weisfield’s Jewelry in the mall. I had been given a yellow gold wedding band by my mother after her husband passed away. I wanted it attached to my existing wedding ring that is white gold, then have the whole thing rhodium dipped to match. Weisfield refused to do it since they couldn’t guarantee it would last — well duh, I would just have it dipped again. Seemed like a «no-brainer» to me, but Weisfield said, NO. Daniel’s Jeweler’s has a guy on the premises that works with the jewelry and he said the ring could be sized, soldered to my existing set and rhodium dipped for $ 105.00. It came out perfect, and I totally love it. I loved how accommodating they were to me and how quickly the work was done — only took 2 days after telling me it would be 3 days. Happy camper with a bright«new» shiny ring!

These people are liars! When we went in to rebuild our credit they promised this is a sure deal trade up for double and keep building your credit all fine and dandy calling us all the time to come in and trade up so after 5 months we go in and they tell us you have to pay it off first and then we will trade you up and Ramon tells us he has never seen anything like this and ask for them to send him the memo and apologizing over and over and how sorry he was as Letty laughed us at us in the face as we left we will never EVER buy another thing from them and now stuck with crap jewelers we didn’t even have a use for and to lie to hard working people rebuilding their credit is a shot in your total belief of trying to start off right again Thanks for nothing. This is not the end we will make sur you pay for your wrong trust me BEWARE its all a scam!!! If I could give a negative strait would be!

Okay, so I said that my husband loved his ring… that was true… up until it fell off of the bathroom counter while he was washing his hands &SPLITINTOTWOPIECES! We were under the impression that we had purchased a Tungsten Carbide ring, but it turns out that it was ceramic. We went into the store & we were told, «Oh yes, this is ceramic… notice the difference between this ring & the *shows us tungsten carbide ring* tungsten carbide ring?»…yes, we do notice the difference… we didn’t happen to notice the difference when we were set on the style of that ring & weren’t comparing it to other rings. My husband knew exactly the style(very simple) & color(charcoal) ring that he wanted & that ring was exactly it. Our salesperson was Dominique. She was very friendly & she’s been friendly to all of the other customers that I’ve seen her with… but the whole time we were talking about him wanting a tungsten carbide ring & when we chose that ring, she didn’t feel the need to point out that it was ceramic, I guess. Anyways, the manager told us that we could pick a different ring & switch(& pay the difference) or we could exchange it for the same ring. Welllll, my husband didn’t like any of the other styles & of course, it wasn’t available in tungsten carbide. We found the same style & color available at Weisfield & went back & the manager was busy. So we left & I called him back later & told him we wanted a refund & we’d get the ring someplace else. He told me he couldn’t do that, which I understood, so I asked for the district manager to call me. The district manager didn’t call me(Ramon, the store manager, told me that he was in meetings for the next few days). After not hearing from anybody, I called back & asked the manager to call me. He didn’t call me. I called back. He didn’t call me — he had an employee call & tell me that they would do the refund for me. We went in & he acted as if he didn’t know what our decision was. He refunded the money by crediting it toward the balance left on my ring, which was perfectly fine… but he tried to tell me that the registration fee was going to be used to cover the damages done to the ring! I was pissed. I explained to him that had we known that it was ceramic, we would not have purchased the ring in the first place & that I believed that the registration fees should also be refunded. He reluctantly did so. I could tell that he was VERY annoyed with me by this point… which is understandable, because I have been in a few times with problems, but… if I didn’t have problems with the quality of their items, there wouldn’t be a reason for me to go in & complain! He also felt the need to tell me that Dominique told him that she did tell us that it was ceramic when he asked her. First of all, that was over a month ago & I’m sure that she’s helped more people w/rings than we’ve bought rings. I think that my memory would better serve me in this situation. I am absolutely 100% sure that this was not made clear to me or my husband, both of whom were present for the conversation in which this would have been discussed. Since my husband works w/heavy machinery at work, he would never have gone for such a cheap material. He knew from the moment that we started looking for rings that he wanted tungsten carbide. I will absolutely not be buying from Daniel’s again… not the one in Carlsbad at least. ** Side note: The district manager called shortly after this to make sure that everything went well. I’ve always appreciated the personal attention given to me by Mr. Goshai.

I am going back and forth on what makes a place 4 stars… or 3! So I came in looking for a band to go with my ring… I had lost my wedding band that goes with my ring and has been incomplete since. Also a few rhinestones had fallen out and needed to get them fix… Oh maria… boy was she something… she was friendly and a great sales person all in one… She sold me on a great deal and getting my ring fix and I couldn’t resist… So where I think they should of got 3 stars… I was told my ring would take 1 week to get fixed and 1 week went by and she called and said it would take another week … So another week goes by and I call her and she says O Toni Toni I’m sorry but its going to take 1 more week because the guy is on vacation.(WHATYOURKIDDINGME) I tell her«Maria this is the last week or else!» So after 3 Weeks my ring was finally done. went to pick it up and it was more beautiful than I remember… Here’s where she got me… So when I was looking for the band I was going to get the smaller diamonds and she persuaded me to get the bigger ones… If you open an account using $ 1000 or more u get no interest for a year… ****** is diamonds a girls best friend? The big ones do look nice***** I got a great deal what can I say… but the whole staff was so friendly… The manager Rogelio was great with keeping my son occupied, while Maria was selling me.
