Dr. Ortiz-​Luis is a great dentist. I had a very good experience with her. She is very thorough and a perfectionist that is what you need for a dentist so you can have a perfect smile. The whole team is very professional, and caring. They make you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend her.

Finally, a dentist that doesn’t rush in and start pulling teeth. Fantastic dentist replaced my 2 upper front teeth now I have a million dollar smile. Excellent service and Excellent crew.

very unprofessional had an appointment they were not on time its ridiculous. I’m not coming back here they said 1:15 pm they would be back from lunch they came back at 1:30 pm when my appointment was. I’m very dissatisfied with this dentist I would not recommend this dentist to anyone their terrible.

I’ve had a lot of work done over the past two years under dr. Ortiz-​Luis. She and her staff are professional and still very caring toward me. I have lived in north county for most of my 65 years and Dr. Ortiz-​Luis has the lightest touch, is a perfectionist with my teeth. Erica the hygienist is great with me lets me know what is going on. Karen in front is fantastic for reminding me about my appointments and billing, she has a great personality. It is a joy to open the door to the office and to be greeted by Karen.

I love this place… Right across the street from my elementary school. They keep my teeth healthy! I spend most of my time here with Erica. She’s the hygienist and I absolutely love the ultrasonic treatment! She is extremely thorough and always makes sure I’m getting the best possible dental care I could ask for. Karen is fantastic with my billing in the front and always makes sure that I make my appointments! Dr. Ortiz-​Luis is a wonderful dentist and I would recommend her to anyone. In fact, my dad comes here too! Fantastic with kids! I highly recommend Dr. Ortiz-​Luis.
