I had a microdermabrasion, the aesthetician who did it, was great! She did a an awesome job and gave me great suggestions

This is a classy establishment. My wife would pick up her Fresh and Fit meals here and was always greeted by warm friendly staff. After consultation and no pressure reviews we decided to have her schedule an appointment here.
My wife could not be happier.
I appreciate the time that was put into getting to know her and figure out what best suited her.
We will definitely recommend Dermacare to our friends and clients.

I was recommended Laser Away from a friend who wanted to be a referral, but accidentally called this office first due to some confusion. Mary was great on the phone and I made an appointment. Then Mary was courteous enough to call me back and tell me that I had probably confused them with Laser Away because she could not tie my friends name to their roster. Well, I asked if I could still keep my appointment just in case Laser Away could not take me and by then I already had a feeling in my gut that this was the place I was meant to go to, because of the honesty and integrity Mary showed. I called Laser Away and it was the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time, the girl on the phone was rude and could not answer any questions I had!!! She just said,” well our goal is to get you serviced after the consultation, but we cant guarantee it! And I have no clue when they can take you in after that!” …Really? I was super happy that Mary, when I called back, genuinely came across with delight that I was sticking with them! I showed up super early (because I have a tendency to get lost) and they were on it regardless. I didnt have to wait at all! I am regretful to say that I suddenly do not remember the name of the awesome lady that took care of me in the beginning before Carolyn took over (I am so bad with names), but she was so sweet and upbeat and made me feel very comfortable. Carolyn was also so sweet, inviting and chatty and it felt like you were having a cup of coffee with a friend instead of being in a doctors office on a clinic chair. This is honestly the first time I have written a Unilocal review, but I really left that office elated. Good job Dermacare Carlsbad!

I have been seeing Sue for facials since June. I cannot believe the difference in my skin over the last 5 months! I suffer from adult acne and have tried every product out there. Sue gave me a bunch of tips of how to transform my skin from the inside out. Sue is always in a good mood and loves her work. She is so easy to talk to and makes my monthly experience at Dermacare amazing. Thank you Sue! Thank you Dermacare!

If you are looking for a great microdermabrasion/​facial I give six stars! Sue Whittington, is one of the best estheticians that I have encountered in all years in Carlsbad. She is thorough and knowledgeable. She takes her time. The experience of the one hour procedure is amazing. My face has improved dramatically coupled with occassional appointments for genesis laser by Carolyn. Sue takes her time and utilizes just the right facial products after her microdermabrasions. She also provides use and samples of quality products to improve your skin. If you haven’t tried Dermacare Carlsbad you are missing out on quality products & services with assisting reversal in an aging face. Their services and products will make a dramatic difference in your facial skin. The staff at Dermacare are fantastic! Excellent care from all!
