GNC at Plaza Camino Real

I went in there to return some vitamins that I purchased online. At first it was an issue because 1. It was bought online and 2. It was 1 day past the 30 day policy. The associates up front tried their best to help me but stumbled across an issue trying to do the exchange so the manager had to come out and help. She was very helpful and went out of her way to make it work for me so that I could exchange it and get something that would work better for me. I was worried I was going to have to suck it up and lose money and be stuck with vitamins that i cant take. Thank u to the staff at this location for giving great customer service.

Great, convenient location. Located within Westfield Mall on the first floor near Sears and Macy’s – right off the escalator.
Employees there today were super helpful. Whey Elite protein was buy one, get one half off. Gonna try the Gourmet Vanilla and the Cookies and Cream. Asked if they’d had it and neither of them had but said many customers frequently purchase both. Offered to allow a return within thirty days with the receipt if I did not like the flavor which I thought was pretty cool. Spent a total of $ 71. I think it’s worth it. Can’t wait to try them out! Hoping I like the favors! Glad to have a GNC so close to home!
Update: Michael is awesome! I returned two new protein shake mixes that I bought Sunday today because they were so sweet and he totally helped me get the best deal, was amazing at recommending products based on goals, was very knowledgeable and recommended banana cream protein powder I never would’ve bought but I now love!

This place is expensive as hell if you’re not a member and the employee was helpful at first. Well anyway yes he was helpful at first then when we still had questions he was just standing behind the counter doing nothing. There was nobody else in the store and I see why it’s because of the prices and probably the service. There was tons of natural products, weight loss and other products. I most likely wouldn’t shop here again.

I went in and out of this store without buying anything when I went to Carlsbad Mall for the first time ever. This GNC is not as nice as some that I have seen but they seem to have most of what I would usually be looking for. Everyone there seemed friendly and helpful. I’ll be going back soon.
