I ordered tv mounting service through Amazon and chose this installer because of all the positive reviews. I ended up cancelling the service because the provider is horrible at replying to emails. It took forever for Carl to contact me, then after asking questions about the job, and giving me available times (none of which were the ones I selected that were suppose to be available) he took days to respond to any of my questions.
I can’t speak to the quality of work, but his communication skills were a deal breaker to me. I can’t trust someone working on my home when they don’t have the attention to respond to a few of my simple concerns.

For every hole drilled, plastic piece or part installed and wire used, home electronics installations become more expensive than planned for. However, I had no doubts that using Got Smart Home was going to be the best decision I could make for my home. During my consultation with the owner, Carl C., I explained exactly what I wanted to have done, the price range I was looking for and the results I wanted. He was personable, professional and honest. While re-​iterating everything back to me, you could tell he is very passionate about his work in the way he speaks. Not only that but Carl actually listens, instead of doing the same ol «sales pitch» that most companies do! Trust is huge for me, so when it comes to a person entering my home, messing with my equipment I believe will do what they say they will do. From start to finish, I couldn’t be happier with my home theatre, the sound is amazing! Carl’s knowledge, experience and customer service is exceptionally unique. Next item on my list is a security system!
Oh and with so much to offer, you won’t need to call anyone else for your tech needs, believe me. Its a hassle dealing with 3 – 5 different companies, outrageous price differences, and cheap results. Got Smart Home is your solution… Thanksl!
