Miguel *****!!! U r great! That was the best experience that I had, since GET became Verizon wireless. U were so patient with us,(I took about 45 min), to explained to my husband, which was the better plan that suits our needs. On the top of that, u were very pleasant, knowable about every single question that my husband and I asked u. We r going to your store, to pick up our new iPhone s 6 plus, right? Or iPhone 6 s plus, hahaha. Don’t remember. Great job Miguel. Adding to my review, Adam, u were multitask!!!***** U guys rock! Verizon Wireless staff, I’ve already posted my review about Miguel and Adam, they r keepers. And they deserve a RAISE! Thank u both.

We have been doing business with Miguel and his staff for over 4 years. We recently upgraded all 4 phones in our family. Miguel and Adam did a great job in completing the transfer to the new phone. They actually stayed at least 1 hour past closing time to get 3 of them running. Miguel worked with my son in Maryland to get his new phone up and running. I didn’t even know this Verizon store existed in the shopping center! I went in to ask about my accounts & see when upgrades were available and they were able to spot fraudulent activity from the previous store I had dealt with in Bressi Ranch. Apparently the Bressi Ranch store added a contract for a phone we don’t own to get the commission on it. That was when Slade was the manager. At this store, Grand Verizon, both Adam and Miguel helped me figure out what was going on in the account and Report it to the fraud department. Adam & Miguel were so efficient and knowledgeable about contracts to spot that the other store had added on a fake contract. Even though I didn’t purchase anything from the store this time, they were both able to help me and I definitely will be back when it’s time to upgrade phones and plans. They are so friendly and know their products so well. I am thrilled I found a new Verizon store that is honest, excellent customer service, and is not crowded!

Can the owner of this establishment please contact us ASAP. We went in 8 months ago and signed up for the Edge program. Adam helped us and was extremely helpful so I cannot say anything about him but as for Miguel I have nothing good to say. They told us they would send the phone back as well as an additional phone we had with us to recycle. Verizon never received the phones and after months of going back and forth with Verizon and the wireless store there is still no resolution. Miguel is telling us he cannot give us a tracking number. We need someone above him to email us through Unilocal ASAP.

These guys are the best. They helped me transfer everything from one phone to another then set up the new phone as well. Mathew worked with me for over an hour to make sure my new phone was operating correctly. Had I gone to the Apple Store I would have been there all day. Anyway, I highly recommend you check these guys out when needing anything for your phone.

People look at me as if I have three heads when I say I’m going to Verizon to get a new iPhone, have one fixed, as you know-there’s always something!!! Well the reason is pretty obvious once you go to this location for the first time-I get the whole genius bar deal is so cool and trendy but not when you have a schedule that you are up against and a broken phone that has of course needed service on the worst possible day. I’ve been a customer for over 5 yrs and even with the smallest issue, I will not go any where else. Miguel is always quick to make sure he’s jumping around making sure that all customers are getting taken care of as fast as possible or just simply helping with any other issues you may have should you get lucky and find yourself the only customer in the store… it’s never crazy busy so lines aren’t an issue. Obviously some of the issues the guys are up against and they need to figure out a way that will best suite the client which may take some time but for the most part, you are in and out with the best plan, they are kind enough to go over your previous usage with you to be sure you choose the correct plan and don’t end up with a surprise bill in the mail, and what I have to say I like most is that they don’t give you 6 things to try to up sell you just as you’re finishing up and are likely in a hurry! I find this to be a huge annoyance in other Verizon stores… and personally the whole Genuis Bar at the Apple Store is something I won’t even consider anymore. It’s always a zoo and worst yet you usually leave without your device as «the technician needs to send it in or put it through a lengthy diagnostic test»…who can be without their phone these days??? NOTME!!! Go see Miguel, Orion, and Matthew and I promise you won’t regret it!!! Thank guys for always making your clients feel so important and let them leave spending as little as possible with a new phone or one that needed repairing. The service provided by Adam on 9÷8÷14 was superb! I went to the store and asked how to clean swipe my old Blackberry. Adam said he could take care of it for me. Since the phone needed to be charged, he said to feel free to run some errands, which I did. When I returned to the store, Adam said in order to clean swipe the SD card, the phone needed to be charged some more so said I could go ahead and run some more errands. When I came back the 3rd time, the phone was still undercharged. Adam gave me the option to return in awhile or or provide me with the instructions to complete the clean swipe. I decided to go home and complete the clean swipe on my own. But I wanted to be sure that I posted a review as I was so impressed with Adam’s professionalism and his extraordinary customer service!

I have a Verizon store within walking distance to my house… however, I don’t go there… I always go out of my way and drive to this store. The customer service is 10 out of 10! The employees are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. My grown son agrees with me and I recently ran into a lady who moved out of Carlsbad, but still goes out of her way because of the customer service at this store. Miguel is a super star! Even on his day off he is willing to take calls if his expertise is needed to help solve a customer’s problem. The last time I was in the store I was helped by Orion and Miguel. Between the two of them I left having every single question answered and my phone working perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Always helpful and personable service. I always come here to purchase insurance for my smartphone instead of going through my carrier. Since it is a small local business rather than a large Verizon store, there isn’t a large number of staff so if there are just a handful of people ahead you may have to wait. Of course the wait depends on the needs of those previous customers. Most likely you could be the only customer there so you will get the full attention of staff and be in and out quickly.

My I Phone was either lost or stolen yesterday from my car parked in the parking lot near the Grand Wireless Store. Trying to figure out what to do, I went into the store and threw myself on the mercy of the store manager, Miguel. Miguel immediately activated the«Find My Phone» app and located my phone several miles away from our location. This within thirty minutes of the loss. I contacted the Carlsbad PD and went to the location to find my phone. During this process Miguel gave me updates as to the phones location which changed slightly over the next hour. I eventually recovered my phone, undamaged, from a citizen who had found it and did not know how to go about returning it. Miguel had no obligation to help me and in fact, if my phone had not been recovered he was in line for the sale of a replacement. I will do all my future phone business with Miguel and his store. I, obviously, trust them to do the right thing. He and the store he manages are tops.

I love these guys. I seriously do. Every time I’ve been in here, they are so helpful, patient, courteous, and just plain awesome. If there is a way to solve a problem, they will know it and find the most efficient, cost-effective way to do so. So far I’ve worked with Miguel, Matthew, and Brian. I think they are secretly super heroes. :) In comparison, some of the other Verizon stores I’ve been to are just awful. I’m not much for complaining, and I like to give the benefit of the doubt, but the customer service at two other Verizon stores nearby was horrendous.(For the record, the other two stores were the one in the Ralph’s plaza on Avenida Encinas and the store by the Trader Joe’s in Bressi Ranch. I’ll write separate reviews for those.) This place, however, is exceptional. There is really no where else a person should go for their Verizon Wireless needs.

I have been coming to this store for a few years and normally miguel helps me with all my issues. Today I came in to reset my droid and I forgot all my passwords. Jerome sat with me and helped me reset my phone, ship off my old one and re download all my apps. Best verizon store by far! GOHERE!!!

I had to get a new cell phone in August right after I moved to Carlsbad, ’cause my other one just crashed on me. I went to the Encinitas Verizon store, where they set up my phone options. The voicemail selection never worked right. My phone never told me when I had a voice mail message. I missed dates, business calls, and just ticked off friends when I didn’t call back. I had to dial in manually several times a day just to see if I had calls, what a pain. I have been to 3 Verizon stores to try and get this fixed to no avail. The Verizon guys fiddled with it, kept me in the store for ½ hour or more each time, and then said they didn’t know what was wrong. And may I add, they didn’t offer a new phone. So while I was having my hair done next door at Salon Helene, my hairdresser Laura told me that Miguel next door at Grand Wireless had fixed all her problems with her mobile. So off I went… Well, all I can say is that Miguel and Jerome must have had their training somewhere else, or else they’re just smarter than all the other guys who have tried to help me. Within minutes they had my visual voice mail working, they put the icon on the main screen and now I easily can see when I have a voice mail message. And on top of that, they are just cool guys. Miguel and Jerome, you guys rock!
