15 bones for a fade type haircut.
You can check in ahead of time or make an appointment so that you don’t have to wait. Some guy came in claiming he had an appointment for him and his kid, then they couldn’t find in the system, nonetheless he was bumped ahead of me in line. They trimmed my beard for an extra 5 bucks.
The staff was really nice, but I just don’t feel like I got my money’s worth here and could have done better at a barber shop. My bust for coming here in the first place I guess.

Wanted a new stylist so my friend suggested Jody at his place. Went in a few days early to see what she could do for me and prices then set up a apt for Tues at 9:30 am. I got there a little early (9:15) so just waited, and waited and waited. By 10:00 I left a note on the door and left. VERY unprofessional. I took ½ day off for this and now I will be going elsewhere.

I called in to make an appointment today.
The owner (He is the only guy at the salon, so I know it is the owner) said I can come in in 25 minutes. So I did go there in 25 minutes and on time but was made to wait for Tracy for 30 minutes. It seemed like Tracy, my usual hairstylist, was just taking her time with the person she was working on and didn’t care that I was waiting for 30 minutes.
I’m going to find a different hairstylist and salon.
By the way, I recommend Pistachio Hair Salon.
Maybe more pricey, but customer service is 5 stars.

I’ve been seeing Jennifer at Great Cuts for a couple months now. She takes great pride in her work, and I feel quite comfortable with her. I go in for a basic cut, and she treats it as serious as more intricate work. The other stylists there seem quite pleasant, and I like the relaxed atmosphere. For the record, they are under new ownership, I’d advise ignoring the much older negative reviews found here.

Would never go back. Would not only recommend but would tell people not to go there. It might of been just my hairdresser but i asked for a trim and received a completely new haircut. Seriously I now look like a 12 year old boy! Wow what a frightening experience. I should of let my «handicap» boyfriend could do a better job with a blind fold on… The experience level here is not up to par, customer service, communication skills could all use a make over as well
Sorry for the rant, but this rates up there with top three all time worst cuts!

Hi, My experience was Great… I have gone to Maria three times for hair cuts and I get many many complements and feel good about giving her card out. She also did highlights on my hair and after four months and one hair cut it still looks great. But the most wonderful thing about Maria is the last time I was there I locked my keys in my car and she called her boyfriend to come over and he drove me to my house so I could pick up my extra key. NOW THATS SERVICE YOU DON’T SEE MUCH TODAY!!! Thanks

Horrid, Expensive, horrible color job, would not even refund! Had the owner fix my hair — same low quality job.
Not only do they suck and they are expensive, but they do not even blow dry your hair! They sit you under the heater… so you are not soaking wet, but your hair is definitly 100% stil wet. They do not apply products either.
