I met my husband at Great House on 9÷4÷15 and as I walked in he had a beer in hand — obviously ready to shop! Connie was very helpful as we were ready to furnish all of the outdoor living areas in our new home. We asked for a quote on a Lloyd Flanders curved conversation set with 4 matching chaise lounge chairs and 2 club gliders, a 10 foot retractable umbrella, 10 extra toss pillows and 6 clearance bar stools. Multiple times Connie said she would do better than the pricing shown for the Labor Day sale so we went home to wait for her phone call to give us the pricing. She got back to us in a very timely fashion with a $ 10 500 price quote so we gave her our credit card # over the phone to order everything very happy with the experience although we thought it a little strange to charge us $ 125 for our shipping when free would have been a great customer service add on. Later that day we got an email from her saying «I’m sorry about the pricing. It should $ 16,000 but she’d waive the $ 125 delivery fee.» Needless to say, there was no major discount from the posted prices at the shop and we weren’t happy about all the excuses on the 60% error. We bought the clearance bar stools, and spent the same $ 16 000 for more furniture of the same quality at a competitor and they even added a piece we were debating on for us to try out for awhile at home and then pay them for later.

She did an excellent job finding a chair I wanted and I was able to order it right away! I hope the store continues to grow and adds even more interesting furniture with a rich look. I’m tired of cheap looking art and ugly knockoffs as well as the Hollywood glam look!

We ordered the most beautiful teak table, custom chairs and a bench. Unfortunately our order was delivered and there were problems. The table had a minor finish problem and there was a ding in the bench. I must say, the people at Greathouse were all over it and fixed the bench within days and replaced our teak table completely. We did have to wait for the new table to come, but were able to use the old one until our new one arrived. Over all, very good experience. I was worried when I realized things were wrong but they were fixed without any hassle. I would recommend Greathouse to everyone.

So far a very disappointing experience. The store, selection and Sales people are very nice. We ordered a custom sectional sofa because we wanted it quickly– Sherri said it could be built in LA & delivered in 10 days. So we paid top dollar and passed up sales at department stores because we didn’t want to wait 4 – 6 weeks. On day 11 we received a call that the fabric selected was discontinued. REALLY? When placing the order with the manufacturer they didn’t confirm fabric availability– and only followed up when I called to make final payment and arrange delivery. So we chose another fabric — it’s now over 3 weeks and still no sofa. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. All they say is «I’m sorry». The receipt states we cannot cancel the order. You have better protection dealing with a department store which will at least offer a discount when there is a problem. Beware!

As we completed our new backyard deck and patio my husband and I were in the market for some new outdoor furniture. We stopped at Greathouse first since it was nearby and were very impressed by the selection of high quality choices as well as the knowledge and care we received from Sherri. She patiently helped us with all our selections and even came to our home to help us make sure we were making good choices. We were able to take advantage of a great President’s Day sale which took place the following week. We are delighted with our beautiful furniture and very pleased with the excellent customer service from Sherri.

Beautiful furniture, great prices! My husband and I first went to Greathouse just to browse. We saw a couch we liked and decided to price it out for fun. It was almost identical to the one we had been eyeing at Restoration Hardware but less than half the price! Sherri was extremely helpful in picking out the right size, fabric, etcetera. It was ready in less than two weeks but they were kind enough to hold off on having it delivered until we were in our new house. The couch turned out beautifully and both the couch and the service exceeded our expectations! Sherri provided excellent follow up after our couch was delivered as well! Also, if you don’t see what you’re looking for on the floor, just ask, they have tons more to choose from.

WOW is all I can say! I love this store! We are redoing one main room and they helped us with every inch of it. Design ideas, furniture options and a great price if we bought multiple items. We had a custom made couch with the fabric we picked and 2 chairs all were delivered within 2 weeks. We are so impressed! And highly recommend the store!!! Greg was just so helpful! We can’t thank him enough for the awesome customer service!!!

Awesome experience!!!
We needed outdoor furniture quickly for a party in less than a week. No way that anybody could make that work, right? Wrong. Greg at Greathouse had the 2 perfect sets in stock and delivered in 2 days. He even gave us some «loaner» cushions to use for the party, until our custom cushions were ready for delivery.
The guys that delivered the furniture were on time, polite, and cleaned up all of the packaging mess.
Kudos Greathouse for a job well done. You have a fan for life.
