Jersey Mike’s Subs

I gave this place another try today. The staff was completely different from my last visit. It was mid afternoon, so maybe it was the day shift.
Our food was made without incident as ordered.
Would rate 5 stars, but some of the tables were dirty and chairs were pulled out.

Great sandwiches as always, but service especially is amazing at this location. There is this one employee in particular. Young, brown hair, shorter guy and he is always soooooo nice. genuinely wants to know how your day is going. He seems to appreciate his job. All the employees are very friendly so I’m guessing there it’s a good company to work for or their manager is particularly great!

This place needs training on customer service. The worst part was the poor customer service was displayed by the female manager, they are more transactional versus guests driven. The food was good so I gave it two stars I just wish the service better.

So the reason I’m writing a one review is because I had to wait 20 minutes for sandwich because it was completely disorganized and instead of apologizing to everyone the tall blonde big lady tells me that she has all these new people that she’s training and that’s why basically F off because I’m busy… last time I go to you… train people WHEN ITS NOT THE WEEKEND… by the way when I said to you, you should not have sliced so many sandwiches there was a reason… YOUR NEW KIDS COULDN’T HANDLE IT… could tell who the experienced ones were… so no disrespect to them or any of the workers just the rude Mgr.

Natalie is the best, great customer service. I had the 6 inch Philly and it was delicious. Will be back again!

I love sandwiches and I’m a huge fan of Jersey Mike’s, and this location is the best one that I’ve been to. They are consistent every time in their friendly and efficient service and delicious and fresh sandwiches. I always get the same thing, regular #7 on wheat, but it’s always so good! The sandwiches are simple, but I like them that way. The oil and vinegar and seasoning makes it perfect. I think the staff recognizes me when I come in because I’m here so much on my lunch breaks…

The food is what Americans like to stuff their faces with. Their Turkey wrap is one of the only healthy choices they offer and it is very good.

Love coming here. They have the best sandwich. I always go with Mike’s way. I tried a wrap this time. It was quite good. If you do not want the carbs then the wrap is a great alternative. Make sure you get it with the lettuce or else the wrap will be flat. Then can make any sandwich into a wrap. I will definitely come back to have a wrap Mike’s way.

My fiancé went in to get us some lunch subs. Excellent customer service and the sandwich was delicious. Jersey Mikes line wasn’t too long and he said he was served quickly.

I recently came here and had my first Jersey Mike’s sub ever. I felt clueless since I had never been here on how it works as each sandwich shop is a little different. The service was good as they had a lot of staff. I ordered a BLT Hot Sub and was asked if I want it it’s «Mike’s Way». which I had no clue what that was since I’ve never had Jersey Mike’s. Upon reading it on the description on the window glass I ended up trying it out and this includes: Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Oil and Spices! I like the concept of Mike’s Way which makes it simple when ordering. My BLT Hot Sub was definitely flavorful and they put a good amount of bacon which was cooked to perfection. 4 Stars~

Clean store, friendly customer service by all staff that was there, and delish sandwiches, can’t really say much more than that! My fave is the Big Kahuna! Hot cheesy goodness!

I must be a late bloomer! Just discovered Jersey Mike subs… This Place is kinda awesome! Fresh bread and produce, Roast Beef and the Italian have become my new favorites, along with the Sweet Tea! The staff at this location is really friendly every time, and they work really hard to get you your order quickly! Its a win win!

With all the other sandwich places out there this one definitely is one of my husband and i’s favorite. Went here for the 1^st time today and was pleased. The staff was very helpful and nice. Saw a girl who had a «giant» sandwich which is indeed pretty huge. I love all the sandwich choices and how you can make your own. Will be back again.

The truth be know I take out Jersey Mikes about 2 – 3 times a week during some months of the year. Although this location is not my regular location I did pop in here to grab some quick grub. Staff was fine and the food was consistant.

Always good, never disappoints. Be warned that the giant sub is indeed giant. It could easy be split 2 ways and even 3 depending on appetite.
I recently discovered the mini size. It just a hair smaller than the regular size and cheaper! The mini with chips and a drink is the perfect amount for lunch.
I typically order the cold Italian and the mini wheat. Get it Mikes way with no onions and ALWAYS add the PEPPER RELISH. It adds a nice salty kick to the sandwich and isn’t to spicy. The pepper relish set Jersey Mike’s apart from the other corporate sandwich chains
They have a points program too. YOu just give them your phone number and points accumulate. YOu don’t have to worry about a punch card. Now sometimes when I go in I randomly get a free sandwich. NOt sure how many you have to buy before you get free food but it seems like a good deal.

The number 43 is the best sandwich in world!!! My opinion of course.
The staff is is extremely friendly.

The sandwich I had was amazing! I asked for a Chicken Caesar Sandwich — which is normally a wrap. When the guy handed it to me wrapped in foil — he said I might need a fork since the sandwich was overflowing. Man he wasn’t kidding ! ! ! This sandwich had grilled chicken hanging out the front of it and was a pleasure to eat. I took a photo of this amazing sandwich and will try to post it :-)
I have to give an extra big Thank You to the staff on today (1−7−14) as I was embarrassed when I went to pay for my sandwich as my bank account had been frozen due to some fraudulent activity. When I realized that I didn’t have the money to pay for my sandwich — I was so embarrassed and was going to call a Friend to come bail me out — but the staff saw that I was genuinely embarrassed over this and some figured out a way to give me my lunch and not make a big deal about it.

Stopped in here today to pick up lunch for my brother. I wish I hadn’t already eaten lunch so I could have gotten a sandwich for myself (I ended up snagging half of my brother’s). I was blown away. Great sandwich. Great service.
They slice the meat and cheese right in front of your eyes. Really a cool looking sandwich shop chain. Quick sandwich assembly too.

It smelled it like a fish market in there! What the heck! The food is good. I don’t like PEPSI products so that kinda sucks. I am a diet coke gal!
The Italian is tasty, bread got a bit soggy by the end, that’s not cool.
Pricing: we had a coupon so it was a great deal!
Overall, would go again but I hope it doesn’t smell like a dock!

Rookies get Cookies!!! Luv! This place has some of the best customer service in town! I was greeted as soon as I came in. When I walked up to order they gave me plenty of choices to choose from and the prices were very reasonable for the sizes given. What I ordered:
The Original Italian
Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni
Oh boy oh boy! Was it a delight! Fresh veggies layered the top and a nice oil vinegar type dressing. No chips for me as this sandwich was fully loaded (Mike’s way) at a Regular size. As I paid the guy let me know since its my first time I would get a free cookie :) It made me feel like a kid in the candy store haha!
As I chomped away as this delightful sandwich the customer service continued to be amazing. I was asked how was it and also given information that my sub choice was voted number one in San Diego 4 years in a row! Oh yea that meant I was eating the best Sub in SD!
There was plenty of seating and the place was super clean. Plenty of parking out front and you can’t miss the smiles that come from this place!
