Nathan was everything we were looking for in a Realtor, he was friendly, knowledgeable about the areas we were looking at, and most of all he was extremely patient. He took the time to listen and understand everything we were looking for, and this made a huge impact in our home search. Nathan is by far one of the most knowledgeable and hands on realtors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. As an escrow officer, I get the opportunity to work with several agents, buyers, and sellers all at the same time. Nathan is the best Realtor I have ever dealt with. Nathan responds quickly and is always ready to get hands on with any task at hand. We sold two vacant land properties that were very challenging to sell. Nathan got both of them done with great success. I am also a Private Investigator and am skeptical but I did my research on who would be the best to take on the job and Nathan did outstanding.
