One Trust Home Loans

This was not the first time we were shopping for a mortgage, so we were going thru interviewing 4 mortgage brokers, one commercial bank and one Credit Union and on recommendation of my real estate broker we picked up OneTrust Home Loans — Kelly Kline and his team. We started up with both me and my wife Fico score of 831 for both of us, the issue was getting a mortgage and HELOC in a specific amounts from the contract. I wish from the beginning the loan officer would tell us that for this amounts we will not be qualified, maybe we would be out of the escrow at this point, so when we were told that we need 70K more for a down payment we were really frustrated and the only option was to cash in our IRA with a hope that then in 60 days we will be able to pay it back from proceeds of sale of our current home. Our closing of escrow was postponed almost for 2 weeks — the loan processers were finding things which should be done long time ago. Finally it was arranged for a meeting with a notary to sign all the papers, I really wanted to do it at the office with Kelly Kline subbing for my loan officer being present, no such luck — Kelly Kline was busy with a baseball practice (this was more important then my business which was not for free), so the meeting with the notary was at my house and with notary refusing to answer any questions related to mortgage or HELOC papers, we were able to call Kelly Kline — he provided us with the his cell phone, which he responded long time after the notary left. I would not recommend Kelly and his team to my friends, family or clients.

Kelly did an awesome job on our refinance and got us out of PMI while saving us over $ 400 a month! Kelly delivered on every promise and closed our loan in 21 days! I would recommend Kelly and his team to anyone looking to refinance or purchase a new home!
