Took my daughter there yesterday to buy her clothes for her birthday. The male employee there was super nice and helpful. They had many sales going on. We left with many clothes very happy.

Some employees here are not bad but overall the place sucks for bargains and service even on Black Friday. They can’t even organize the checkout line and there’s more fine print in their sales than a used car dealer. Manager was a clown. Just content with letting unhappy customers walk out because he can’t be bothered. Go elsewhere.

The staff is usually a bunch of young kids who are more into trying to get into each others pants than helping a customer. Sometimes I go through the entire store without being acknowledged once. Not to mention the clothes here suck! When did Neff ever become popular anyways? Too bad Sun Diego moved out of the mall…

Orange County, CA
Since its an outlet mall, i decided to walk in to here to see if they had anything good. I was actually looking for a cheap bathing suit because i forgot mine back home.
They had some really good deals going on and they have a bunch of cheap clearance items as well.
We were able to walk out of there with a bikini, board shorts and 3 mens t shirts for under 50 $
The staff that was there that night were awesome. I honestly normally wont walk in to a pac sun anymore, all the workers are little tools (in my opinion) The guy and the girl working were super friendly and funny. I was a good change of pace for pac sun maybe because it wasnt LA like im use to.
I hope to stop by here again for some more good deals

Stopped in here yesterday for a friend to buy some shirts for her son.
I dont know why, but there was an orange shirt on the wall that caught my eye… with a big black heart and it said CALIFORNIA. Had it not said that, I would have bought it in an instant. Something about living in CA, wearing a CA shirt… its too touristy for me.
There was another shirt by it, with guns that had flowers shooting out of them. I needed that shirt. Of course, they were buy one get one half off, so for about 5 minutes I talked myself into just getting the CA shirt. The girl said — you can wear it as your errands shirt… I decided if nothing else, I could wear it as my workout shirt… so yeah, I bought it. Cheesy.
The girl working was very nice, another customer tried to cut in front of my friend and I in the checkout line, and she stopped it right away.
Next time Im at the outlets, I will stop in here again!

I usually dont shop here, but I was given a gift card so I went in to try and find something to spend it on. I first went to the Pac Sun in the Carlsbad mall, and didn’t find one thing I liked and they had a small selection of clothes. This location has way more of a variety and awesome deals. I got a great pair of jeans that were 70% off, only costing me $ 8 so I bought 2 pairs and love them. It’s a really clean store and overall I was just glad it was better than the mall store.
