Sleep Number

Nick Mariano was our salesperson and was a true pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the products we were buying and was extremely patient and kind. He was engaging and made our purchase a positive experience.

This is as respects Sleep Number in general. Their corporate office are filled with liars as they completely misrepresented what they were offering me when I went to purchase.

My husband and I have been looking at and researching beds for about a year. We could not agree on the type of bed nor how firm or soft the bed should be — so you can say it’s been somewhat of a difficult process. We looked at Sleep Number beds numerous times and to be honest, the costs of the beds kept us from pulling the trigger. The beds we liked were 5k or above.
We discovered the Silver Edition [
was on sale so we decided to give them another try. I was hesitant at first because I couldn’t recall if this was one of the beds that were in contention. I was so relieved when we discovered it was the one we both liked several months back… at nearly half the price!
Julie was the Sales Associate that helped us find our sleep number again and got us fitted for a pillow based on the type of sleeper you are; back, side, stomach etc. After nearly falling asleep on the bed, we knew this was the one and with it being on sale, the price was right.
I really liked the pillow that I was on, as well as my husband so we decided to also purchase new pillows. They were 40% off so we felt it was a good time to change them out as well as the pillows in our two guest rooms. I felt they were purchases way overdue but well worth the investment.
My husband and I were both pleased with the service we received at this Sleep Number and we have all the faith that we’ll be very happy with our purchase. The beds are built once purchased so it takes 2 weeks to receive. I just cannot wait for our California King bed to arrive and I’m even more excited about the improved sleep I’m sure we’ll be getting!
P. S. My sleep number is 45! =)
